The store has a lot of things, when you ask to the employees where is certain merchandise they don’t know anything.

The supervisor In the afternoon Is Rude AttitudeTells Customers to pull up their mask But then he doesn't tell his employees to do so That's why I stick to J & L games EB Gamestop became lame franchiseThey are not for the gamers

Customer service was good and the persons was very attentive very good spot however i really didnt see a lot of games for ps4 other than that its a good store to go to everything around that store is close by you so no need to worry

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Especially the young lady there with black glasses. Definitely will be going back.

Good staff with not a lot of PC gaming items. They are more consol focused. Easy to find stuff.

Good place to buy, I went there one time but is enough to say that the workers there know what to do in any occasion, I bought overwatch and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service

Total rip off u buy expensive games from them & u only get back a small fraction.it's better to rent the games.

Manager is weird.he just boss staff around and play on his phone all day. Store is dirty and organized but once in a while, I'll find something I want. Prefer the 23rd st location or 34th st gamestop/think geek instead. They act more professional.

A good stop point to get games for your console they have new games the lastest of the year and even if they dont have the game u want they can order it for you but some things can be pricey but beside that ot is a good game stop

This location has a great used game section that even offers ps3 and xbox games. The merchandise area seems to be dwindling - it gave me the impression that the store was going to close.

Great place to get games for all systems and get game apparel. It has something for every gamer you know.

I came into this GameStop at 11: 30 am this morning to exchange my Ps4. As I arrived they told me that I didn’t have my ID so I went back home with all my stuff (PS4 console, controllers, games, camera set, etc). Then when I got back, they told me that they didn’t have enough cash to exchange my PlayStation and told me to go uptown. Couldn’t they have told me that earlier? So I left with all my stuff yet again.

Really pricey, they're way too cheap with buying back and returns.
Example, Tried to return a Sims 4 Xbox One game one day after, offered me 10 DOLLARS from the original price of FIFTY! It was in near mint condition, cleaned the disc, and in case. There are MANY better options then this.
