I purchased an amazing RV with a wonderful sales women named Kristi Adams! Check her out here she is great and very helpful thru the whole process. Also Brain the tech is great at what he does including a wonderful service manager Dillion.

My husband and I recently bought a toy hauler from Gander. We live six hours away so coordinating the trade and signing paperwork was tricky. When we initially stopped in we clearly communicated with the sales team # 1 being that we did not want the camper payment over $500 and #2 that we were not 100% accurate on the pay off balance of our old camper. We drove home and they assured us they would work out the numbers. We communicated a few times before picking up the new camper. We couldn’t seem to get them to give us the exact details of the loan. We requested it by email or fax but was assured it was all set. They needed us in person to sign everything and said they had worked it all out and we were good to go. I know this was a huge mistake on our part and a lesson learned. They didn’t say they went over the monthly payment allowance we had budgeted by $212 until we got there again driving 6 hours. Then they said the pay off balance we quoted was off by $5000 and they needed more money down. We had already put $5000 down and were tapped for any additional cash. We were very clear we were unsure of the payoff balance at the initial meeting. They said they never run it until the day of the sale. Seems strange considering the details the bank needed to finance. We should have backed out then and there but they assured us they would work it out. They said if we signed up for a 3 year warranty we would be good to go and we only needed to put $130 more down. Sounds great right? Wrong. We just received a bill in the mail that the warranty is $160 a month for three years. So now we are over our budget by $372. READ THE FINE PRINT! DONT TRUST A SALESMAN! BE CAREFUL!

We had some issues with the connection from our tow vehicle to our RV. We stopped here and Gary Mater helped us. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He got us back on the road quickly. Thank you.

Recently bought a camper from Gander. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff during my transaction. I had Kristi as my sales person, and she was great! Met with the service department and they were great as well.

We were very skeptical about purchasing an RV from a dealer, we had a horrible experience at another place (No it was not Gander) which really put us off. But we felt it was time to upgrade our old camper and get more space. After doing some research on what we thought we wanted, and searching online, we scheduled an appointment with Mike Robinson. From the very start Mike just asked questions, trying to see exactly what we were looking for. After Listening (I stress listening) to my wife and I, we hit the lot. He showed us the exact unit we came to see and it fit most of our needs. But what we weren’t expecting was for Mike to start recommending other models and designs. I was really hesitant to walk into the larger RV as I assumed it would be out of our price range. But here is where Mikes listening skills came in. The larger RV had every feature we were looking for, something the original unit did not, and it was the same price. It even had some extras I didn’t think were possible.

After a little back and forth (between units) we decided to follow Mikes recommendation and go with a slightly newer and larger unit.

Between Mikes professionalism and RV knowledge, the Finance Team, the General Manager, Service Team, and Retail Center we could not be more excited about our new purchase. If you are in the market for a new RV I would strongly suggest you give Mike Robinson a call at Gander.

I’ve been pretty skeptical about buying an RV from a dealership, until I had the pleasure and luck to run into Kristi Adams. She was not pushy at all and was very very patient with us, she made the entire process not only easy but fun as well. She explained thoroughly everything about our RV and what to expect in the buying process. I highly recommend Gander RV and especially Kris Adams.

Had a great experience with Gander RV! Even though we were not top dollar customers (we were looking to buy used), we received top customer service and felt like VIPs. This being our first RV, the staff was very helpful and patient answering all our question and showing us how to maintain and operate everything correctly. Buying used, it was reassuring to know our camper had been thoroughly inspected, no leaks, no pipe issues, all working appliances, and that all equipment needed to tow safely was taken care of. Would definitely buy here again! Ask for their sales person Jon when you go.

I can't not stress enough to NOT USE Gander and to especially not use this location! I have never met a more incompetent group. Absolutely no one ever wants to help you and if someone does it's like pulling teeth to get work done! Save yourself and go through a different RV sales lot. I regret buying from this location 100%! They will find any way to get around doing work for you and they will lie to you just to make a sale it happened when I bought my camper.

Nice place. They have alot of inventory and there store has anything you need for camping. We ended up buying a Toy Hauler there. Heartland Fuel. Got a good price for the one we wanted.

The wife and I just purchased our very first camper from GanderRV. We had the pleasure of working with salesman Cory who went out of his way to show us almost every unit whether new or used on the lot. He also was very informational and if he didn’t know he found out in a very timely fashion. After that we were able to sit down with finance and get a deal done. We are now proud owners of a Coleman 263BH and are set to camp October 15th weekend.
