Severely understaffed and the staff is so rude. After waiting forever in the checkout line, this staff member told me "You want to work HERE? Nobody does. Feel free to join, we're hiring". With such attitude and bad service no wonder stores are closing.

I must say this is one of the best looking gaps I’ve ever walked into. It’s occupying one of these vintage buildings that are just humongous with high ceilings and as wide as can be. I was greeted immediately and and the floor layout made everything easy to find.

Horrible customer service at this store! The manager needs to be more attentive to customers.

I was calling different locations to see if I could pick up an item.two different ladies answered the phone very upset and annoyed as if me inquiring about an item is nefarious. I called 6 times because they kept hanging up on me. One said they had the item the other said it wasn’t in stock. When I finally got someone to listen and help it she was so upset I said my name and spelled it for her she said i can’t hear you if you want the item it’s at the register and hung up the phone. Customer service is the reason we have retail jobs. I’m very upset about this encounter. I think one name was gabby. Very rude!

Very slim pickings for clothes and underwear. Also barely any clothes at all for newborns.

Love the gap coats you will be very warm in the mens and womans and kids puffer coats got everyone in the family a coat every one says it's confortable and keeps them warm but I been knew that from mine I had about 3 yrs now love the Gap

There are a bunch of Gap stores but this one is large, the people are helpful and the lines aren't too bad even during busier times. Otherwise it's a Gap and they still a lot of blue and tan clothes for gender neutral people as well as men and women
