My experience with Dmitriy and Mike was nothing short of phenomenal. They helped me figure out the best solution for myself and my family without being pushy or just trying to get a sale. Even with the current car shortages they were able to set me up with exactly what I wanted and needed. I would highly recommend Garber and especially Dmitriy and Mike to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
We went to look at a pre-owned vehicle and decided on purchasing one. When we negotiating the deal we noticed that there were dings on both the driver and passenger doors. We stated that we would like them repaired if we purchased the vehicle. Our salesman assured us that they would be and even brought his manger out to look at them to be sure. When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed that the dings were still there and questioned it. I was told that the machine they used to repair them was too big for the size dings. A few days after purchasing the vehicle I was sent a survey on my experience. I stated that my only disappointment was that we were promised the dings would be repaired and they were not. I then received a phone call from our salesman and was told that they deal with the ding doctor for their repairs and that they could make an appointment for me and it would just cost me what they were charged. So first I was told they couldn't be fixed and now they can be but at my expense, which as I was told "isn't very expensive". Obviously it was too expensive for them to fix to make a customer happy. A couple of weeks later I noticed squeaking from my brakes so I made an appointment to have them looked at. I was told that is was just dust and that my brake pads were like new and the thickness of the pads were at an 8/9. When I got home I thought that number seemed of so I looked at my 182 pt.checklist when I received the car and that states that the thickness was a 6. Now I'm not a mechanic but I am pretty sure that the pads don't get thicker the longer you drive it. So either the person who did my checklist when I got my car or the person who checked my brakes needs more training.

I walked in not knowing I was gonna drive off their lot with a car that with my dream car. If you are walking into Garber Honda first person you should ask for is Dmitriy. He’s jus a stand up guy he didn’t treat me like a customer he treated me like a life long friend. The guy is awesome! Jerod was another guy who treated me like family. GARBER Honda is the #1 dealership in Rochester NY!
Is a very terrible place to go to I get your car fixed it cost $60 just to be seen and more money come out of your pocket after they find the problem what the vehicle that sucks
Very friendly staff! The facility was absolutely beautiful and everyone was very nice. Unfortunately they were not as flexible in their negotiations as I would have liked. Also, come to find out, Honda was running a recent graduates deal which they failed to mention to me (but the dealership I purchased a car from did). Overall a very nice dealership that I would recommend anyone to look at!
Ryan in service was outstanding and very helpful. He worked with me to get my car in tip top shape before my semester started and took it upon himself to worry about some details, most of which I was too busy to attend to. I'd highly recommend Garber Honda Service, both Ryan and Josh are wonderful.

Garber Service is first class in every respect. The service staff is knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. They keep you informed of service issues and seek my input. They call to let me know when the service is complete. They provide a loaner car if you give them a few days notice to schedule your appointment. I could not do better.
Normally, I do my own oil changes and tire rotations. We bought a new CR-V last December, and I wanted dealer records of any maintenance for warranty purposes. So I scheduled the above mentioned service. I was able to get in the same day, at a time that was convenient for me. The turnaround time was excellent, and contrary to prevailing thoughts about dealer service costs, the price for this was very reasonable. The service adviser, Debra was extremely nice and proficient as well.
I came to 'window shop' as I was here on business. My salesman, Pete MacCracken was friendly, informative and helped me identify the car that would be best for me. Exactly what I needed. If he were in my home state, I would DEFINITELY buy a car from Pete!

I waited a little longer than I wanted too. The next day 3 of the 4 snow tires that were put on were 5 pounds under pressure when I checked them because my tire sensor light came on.
Wonderful service! You can expect an honest assessment of your car's problems before service is started. So appreciative of their going above and beyond the call of duty the late afternoon before Thanksgiving Day.

My experience buying a van from Ray at Garber was very positive. We were thrilled with the vehicle, its price, and the way we were treated at the dealership. After our purchase, Ray and a manager put a lot of effort into solving an unrelated issue with the extended warranty, and it was eventually sorted out successfully. I can't recommend an extended warranty, but I can highly recommend Ray and Garber to anyone in the market for a used car.
