He is always able to listen to what we are looking for and choose a vehicle that always fits our needs and wants. The service department is top notch. Always easy to get an appointment and they are always timely in getting the job done. The financial department always has a way to get us into a payment plan that fits our finances. Basically we keep returning because the Overall Service in all departments is Outstanding!

Kirk at service has been awesome. He communicates well, shows he actually cares and understands how much of a burden it is when you’re without your vehicle. I have a less than 2 year old Yukon that has electrical issues and the part is on back order, and he’s helped the best he can to make it smooth. There’s a reason I drive an hour each way to go to that dealership
Had an excellent experience with their service department. They got me the parts I needed and repaired my car quickly and even drove me home and picked me back up so I didn't have to wait there for my car. My car runs well. Definitely will be coming back to them for more service.
We have been pleasantly surprised working with Dave Moffitt and Randall. You had the vehicles we wanted to test and decided to purchase, so it was worth the drive from Ithaca.
Dave is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and although he was very busy when we arrived, he took all the time we needed to make an unrushed decision. He was very professional and easy to work with. I will certainly contact him again for my next purchase.

From our Salesperson Stuart Reber who bent over backwards to get us exactly what we wanted (literally - looking all over) at a great price to Ben the finance person (who put a rush on our permanent registration because we are going south soon) to the nice man who put the plates on and set up our new Acadia.

I didn't buy a car, didn't even look but the staff was so incredibly kind. I called to ask if I could sit inside with my ferret while I waited for a ride and they offered me a comfy chair, water, told me where the bathroom was, and loved all over my pet. Everybody was kind and didn't complain that I wasn't there to buy anything. If I buy a new car I will definitely be returning the favor and I suggest others shop here too. Awesome people

Recently purchased Stock RP4414. (2019 GMC Terrain with 29,717 miles on it & GMC Certified Preowned) When I test drove, the vehicle had coated rotors on the rear that were scored from brake pads and I mentioned to the salesman that I wanted a brake job done and the rotors replaced with the same coated style rotors. Before delivery, the rear brake rotors were replaced with cheaper non-coated rotors and the old brake pads were re-used. As a result, the rear rotors are now rusted and show wear marks from the older pads. When I spoke to service department, they referred me to salesman. Salesman said it was sales manager's issue to resolve. I have heard nothing in regard to having coated rotors placed back on the vehicle. You used cheaper parts to make a repair and refused to correct it. I understand it's not a safety issue, and more cosmetics, but it goes a long way to show the dealership's lack of response to a customer concern. This is a vehicle that was purchased for $35K, surely the ~$250 cost of coated rotors didn't break your bottom line on this vehicle. Especially when we didn't dicker on the sticker price or trade-in value, and I easily accepted those numbers.
I have attached photos - the first photo is one of the rear tires when we test drove the vehicle; the rotors are hard to see but it is evident that there is no rust on them. (The photo is actually identifying a nail that was in the tire - something that isn't even subject of this review - but the tire was patched by dealer). The second photo is of one of the rear rotors a week after the vehicle was delivered and after the first rain. The rust and score marks on the rotor are clearly visible. The 3rd photo is of one of the front rotors showing that it's obviously a coated rotor with no rust.
I have purchased several vehicles over the years from all the Farnsworth dealerships, but this purchase most likely will be my last.
