I brought in my SixThreeZero bike to be assembled. Unfortunately, the shop was having some issues when I came to pick it up and I wasn’t able to try it out. When I got home, the back tire was rubbing the tire protector. Happy to say that the shop was communicative, and when I explained that I couldn’t bring the bike back to the shop he came to my house and made the repair. Great communication.

Jose from Garcia Shop fixed my brakes, a flat tire and got me rid of the nerve wracking phone holder that came with my e-bike by providing me with a much better one. Did all that together in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Jose

Charged $24 for sealant top off on the rear tire only. No other work done. Not sure why I didn't push back ok it when he said it - but I'm putting it out there now.

I brought in my cannondale mtb in for tune up 2 weeks ago, came to pick up yesterday to my surprise it was still the same bike with brakes still making squeaky noise, grimy dirty chain and sprockets, they didnt say anything or showed me a list what was done to it or any recommendations. Worst was when i called they didnt want to hear my complaint. Jose hang up the phone on me. No Bueno! Bad Business!

Garcia's did an excellent repair & tune up on my classic Schwinn. I needed new handlebars and another bike shop told me there was nothing they could do unless I found a vintage pair on ebay. I brought it to Garcia's for a second opinion and they replaced the handlebars for me within a few days. Very knowledgable and the prices are fair. Thanks Jorge!
