I have found GARDAWORLD located in Islandia, NY to be a very disorganized and poorly run operation from an employee’s standpoint. I have worked for other security companies and have not found this elsewhere. Take this in mind before accepting a job here. Additionally their uniforms need to be dry cleaned and they offer you no reimbursement.

I work at Target in Collage Point 20th Avenue. Titan Security Just took over the Account from Allied Universal they over see the parking lot. They taken over the Account a little over 3 weeks now. I noticed everytime i go home the overnight Security Officer is past out sleeping in his patrol car. Not a good look for a company that just took over. Your Account Manger need to visit this account more.

I am certainly not impressed by their service at Tanger Mall. When there was a quality issue on a sales item of a store, they just came and forced me out of store. They acted like minions of the store manager. They refused to identify themselves. Some of them wore face masks. Some of them were not in uniform. I had feeling that I was dealing with mafia.

Very good company to work for.
The work is plentiful, you don’t have to work 1 just one spot and do the same thing day in and out.
All the employees I’ve encountered are all really genuine people, take their job seriously, and always out to help others when possible.

Hampton classic is very unprofessional
They made me work for 7: 45 till 4: 00 which they provide transportation still now at 4: 54 can’t leave and I got things to do no way they are not telling you the truth until you get there

Definitely a good Company to work for. Professional and pays better rates than it's competitors. As far as the complaints listed, more often than not, those stem from unrealistic expectations, sloppy paperwork, and an unwillingness resolve the issue. I have worked for the company for well over 5 years and any issues I have had, were handled professionally and resolved. And most importantly this is the only Security Company, in my 15+ years of working security, that ever had my back 100% when dealing with legal matters that resulted from a work related incident!
