This is the second time I receive my product the first time the bus was missing today. Another box is missing if your driver other one works for you don’t know how to count please send them back to school. I would like my product to be delivered to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

They have been holding my order for a very long time and everytime i call they say they shipped out the product but never provide me with tracking

My mom receives incontinence products from this company. Time and time again, they failed to deliver the correct products. When reached to in regardless to the missing products, I was told I should've counted the products and report it to the driver. They're very lacking customer service wise. I have already made the necessary steps to have my mother's products satisfied by another company and I advise you to do the same.
