Garden Ob/Gyn at Forest Hills, Queens NY

I have this habit to give 5 stars to the places I have visited, but this time I was very very frustrated and disappointed and I had to write a comment. I have been a patient in this clinic for 6 years so far, but I won’t go anymore. I had an appointment at 10: 10 am. The front desk didn’t ask for the insurance or anything, she said just write your name. I did so. In the end, I waited 1 hour and she forgot about me. Everyone who came after me that had a later appointment, was already called in. I asked nicely and she said no, they were before me. She followed the list. How did you follow the list when I was above them? ! I hated that she lied, so I left. I was so disappointed because I wasted my time and I am a mom. My time is very precious. Long story short I won’t go there anymore. They lost a patient and that makes me sad. Please make sure your front desk workers know what they are doing. I know they are frustrated, but they should be more helpful and nice.

I gave a five star only because the PA Ms. Kayla was very nice and answered all my questions. I hate the fact that medical assistant that took me in the exam room was talking about me and other patients outside of the exam room and I heard everything, that’s not good at all. THATS A HIPAA VIOLATION. You don’t ever discuss patients issues amongst yourself and laugh about it. The medical assistants needs better training. Disgusting. I had to wait 6 minutes to be exact for a receptionist to come at the front desk then when she finally came she had the audacity to tell me am late for my appointment, like really you weren’t at your desk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Everything was good. Waiting was minimal. Staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this ob/gyn office.

Sat 40 minutes in the exam room until someone finally came to begin my check up which seemed strange because the waiting area wasn’t crowded at all. Couldn’t help but wonder if all other rooms also DID NOT have a sink as mine didn’t, where are they washing their hands to then have to touch several door knobs before getting to that exam room? ! I suggest doctors put on fresh gloves before an examination as oppose to using the gloves they came in already wearing. The exam was definitely rushed. I mean I wasn’t expecting to build a friendship but the sense of urgency to get this exam done was definitely felt in her demeanor.

Completely happy with my appointment Dr was really nice and informative and took her time explaining things to me. The entire staff was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend this practice.

I love the garden Obgyn. I go to the forest hills, but I’ve been to the one in lake success and Horace Harding office everyone is very polite and professional, espcially the doctors. Also if I call early enough I always get same day appoiments. I had about 3 different Obgyn’s in my life so far and this one is the best. This will be Obgyn for the rest of my life now. Thank you so much everyone.

Ive been to a couple of garden’s offices before and i have to say forest hills was my most pleasant visit. I was greeted by receptionist who was lovely and the medical assistant and her student were very sweet. The pa Bella was so sweet and answered all of my questions (i had alot!). Loved the staff! Definitely want to make the trip to this office from now on.

Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here

Even though we told the front desk African american lady three times the last name is incorrect she failed to change it on the referral which cost us a day of off work at the diagnostics lab without doing the test. Plus for the bonus- the number they have doesn’t directly contact the office in-order for us to rectify such small error. (Which of course we tried twice so they can fax the lab which ended in even more frustration). They don’t really care about small details.

Nurses and Physicians Asistant were all amazing. I came in with a very frustrating situation and everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Bella, the Physicians Assistant. The doctor I saw on my last visit was also wonderful. Great bedside manner from all of the staff.

I saw Dr. Gilmore for the first time and she was so attentive and concerned with my ongoing issues like no one else has ever been before. I’m looking forward to my follow up with her and continue to see her as my practitioner

Wonderful safe haven for women, respectable staff and the doctors take the time to get to know you.

This is the first OB office I have visited with that has pleasantly surprised me. They are clean and attentive. They make you feel like family. I will admit the call center tends to get appointments messed up and overbooked but.my wait is never too long and the fact that is close to my house makes this place a plus. They have Spanish speaking staff and drs, which makes this office an A+.

Upon my entrance to the garden ob/gyn, I felt a welcoming vibe. I was addressed right away and asked for my info with quality customer service. The lady at the front desk had a great personality and introduced me very throughly to my MA (amber estremera). Ms. Estremera was very professional and worked in a intelligent manner when performing her job. I was very pleased with the my first visit here. I highly recommend them and I hope to see Ms.estremera as my MA when I return again.

The place is clean the staff is knowledgeable and the wait is bareable. Great place for any female.

This is by far the very BEST Gynecologist I have ever been to. Caring, profesional, and ON TIME.

There is absolutely no respect for you or your time. I arrived at my appoint on time but I am see over 2 hours later. Once in the exam room it takes about 20-25 minutes to be seen by a physicians assistant NOT a doctor. Whenever I call it’s aboutb15 minutes to even speak to someone. Do not come here.

I have no complaint. My last visit was fast, quick, and easy. I am somewhat new to GARDEN OB/GYN and so far I am very happy. What I enjoy the most is the hours of operation. The DR.is easy to talk to, nice, and works quick.

Made an appt for 6: 50 and arrived at 6: 30, it’s currently 8: 10 and I still have yet to be seen! The wait for this place is horrible.
