Terrible experience for my wife during a difficult period, lacks care, compassion, empathy and missed reading a chart and tried to blame my wife for her lack of care. If not a questionable health practitioner, then definitely one with terrible bedside manner. Please save your loved ones a headache and go elsewhere.

Staff is fine she should not be working anymore though. She doesn’t care, she rushed through her exam, doesn’t listen to you. Just awful physician.

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for this place which had me a bit nervous. But thankfully my first experience today went well. The wait was a bit long but overall everything went smoothly. Front desk staff and doctor had pleasant demeanor. Crossing my fingers that I can continue going here for long term and there won’t be any issues.

I do not recommend at all. I went in for my annual exam and although I booked with Dr. Sonia Kim, I actually met with a PA who was under Sonia Kim's supervision. Both of them get 0/10 from me. My HPV annual lab exam was cancelled and Dr Sonia Kim did not reach out to me, neither did the PA. I sent several messages via the patient portal to Dr Sonia Kim and I did not receive a response on there either. You can call the office every single day for hours on end and no one answers the phone. I do not recommend AT ALL. 0/10.

I was not comfortable seeing this doctor. She was clearly in a rush with me and miss a diagnosis from a standard test. If she slowed down and took her time I would've felt better about my visit.

Long wait, rushed through visit, did not listen to my concerns, did not send my meds. Office impossible to reach. Would not recommend, don’t waste your time.

Although I stopped coming here. I’ve visited for over a year and the experiences just got worse. First off Just to get my results was a hassle. No one follows up or calls you. On top of that I was told by front desk I had to come in person for results when I get there I was charged a co pay because they said I still needed to be seen by a doctor. When I go inside after waiting over an hour the doctor said everything is fine I asked them what was the point of charging me why couldn’t this be over the phone. They then try to set me up with checking my results online and never got an email after multiple times of asking them. Also wanted to mentioned another previous visit one of the doctor was very judgmental and making assumptions without taking proper test it was very rude and would not be returning here again.

Went for a regular gyn exam, it was a little too quick, and then the pap results weren't even complete and they didn't have the respect to call and explain. Never going back.

You will Leave with more questions than answers which is not professional and not serious. The waiting is long.
After the first appointment, I left so confused and wend to a different practice.

It is my first visit to GYN in New York and in the US. I’m very satisfied of medical staff. Each of them is very polite and helpful. Dr. Kim is very great specialist.

I called in to get a prescription refill and they told me I have to come in person and it will be free of charge. All lies. I was billed $84 for a simple prescription refill. I didn't even see the doctor. When I called the billing department to confront them, they were trying to put the blame to front desk. One company should have one policy. Worst experience ever.

I didn't see Dr. Kim, but Julia was great! Very patient and kind. Front desk staff was great and I really didn't have to wait.

Dr. Sonia Kim was excellent, patient, and listened to all my needs, will definitely come back to see her

Dr. Kim is just absolutely wonderful. The best at Garden OB/GYN. The entire team absolutely great from the frontline staff to the techs. Kathy is also great - she knows the true meaning of customer service!

I truly love and adore Dr. Kim. She is very attentive and kind. I ask her just about anything and she goes out her way to help me. I wish she could deliver my baby.

Minah was nice and friendly but in my honest opinion, Julia and Dr. Kim were more engaged, detail oriented and informative with me.

Always a great experience at this office. This visit in particular was just so incredibly convenient. Everyone I engaged with was kind and attentive to the utmost degree.

This a great practice - everyone was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and gentle. I am so happy I made the switch.
