I normally do not review online, however I had to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Gardenia Flower Shop. I bought flowers for my daughter's birthday and my experience with your establishment was truly outstanding.

The promptness of the flower delivery was impressive, and the bouquet exceeded my expectations in terms of both beauty and quality. The fresh and vibrant flowers brought immense joy to my daughter and I couldn't be happier with the choice.

I was disappointed as they did not deliver to the area I requested. He said he didn’t have a driver to go to that area.

Grandaughter’s cat died so I wanted to send a plant, but only Peace Lily available, which are known to be toxic to cats. Tess has cats. So, I ordered a Bouquet, but they added lillies to it. Tess, lives in studio apt, & had to toss out the lilies in trash, as her cats do climb, My surprise was ruined. So never try to special order from here. Sad, as she said Bouquet was nice, just toxic flowers included.

Do not give these ppl ya card info over the phone I ordered flowers for my aunt funeral I paid 161.27 for the flowers next thing u kno I got a charge for 1,458.00 to my credit card some one order clothes I don’t give my card info out at all that’s how I kno it was them be carful ppl

All good feedback. Only opportunity for improvement was that a timely delivery alert is needed. Delivery was six days ago. I found myself in the uncomfortable position of asking grieving family in NY,
if they received my flowers from Atlanta, GA.

My mom and I were searching Google for a florist in New York (we live in Florida) to create and deliver arrangements to her prima's funeral service. We took a chance based on the reviews on your site. We ordered and you definitely delivered the most beautiful arrangement! One of our cousins took a photo and sent it to us.
