Dr. Zeitlin is wonderful, attentive, and thorough. Suni is great as well. I can call and express concern with anything, and it is considered and addressed. I can’t even begin to list all of the things that Dr. Zeitlin proactively addressed and really made a difference of the next steps.
The office is small and perhaps at the right time an update of the office aesthetics could be done. Beside the office space needing an update, it is so refreshing not to go through a black hole of a call center or a 9-5 only doctor’s hours for visits. So much better than any experience at west Med or Scarsdale medical regardless of their doctor’s, you are just an appointment at Scarsdale medical and west Med. With Dr. Zeitlin and his staff, you are a human being, a patient and a priority. I was referred to Dr. Zeitlin 4 years ago and he practically saved my life with exploring testing that resulted in a diagnosis that no one else thought of.
