Every single time I've had to call for road side assistance, I get Gates Towing. I am extremely grateful that my insurance company chooses to contract with Gates Towing. They are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, they give quick SERVICE, they KNOW what they're doing, and most importantly, their drivers are KIND. Especially during a stressful situation where your car won't start, or you know what's wrong with it, but you'll get it fixed tomorrow and tomorrow becomes today because of some computer error on the dash. I have trusted their drivers with my daughters car when she has been stuck and the guys that showed up were nothing but kind to her and that wasn't a service call from my insurance company. That call came from me directly because I know that the guys over at Gates Towing are professional and kind. The waiting room is comfortable and welcoming. Their staff are funny and friendly. I had an appointment for an inspection and before I knew it, I was out the door.

I've had my car into Gates Towing before and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are trustworthy and know their business. This time it was oil change and rotate tires. They took my car in and started working as soon as I got there and they were done in no time at all.

Got into an accident yesterday and was told that we could come by today to get the rest of our belongings from our vehicle. When we get here it’s closed. We call the number and were informed that they won’t be open again until Tuesday (3 days from today). This really slows down our insurance claim from being processed. That vehicle was used for our small business.
Don’t use this service if you can help it.

My car wouldn’t start Bill Pulsifer responded to my request for roadside assistance. He was prompt, friendly and thorough in troubleshooting the problem. Ultimately, the car needed to be towed and he went into the dealer with me to explain the issue. I would definitely recommend Gates Towing.

What a excellent experience having my truck towed today. Blake the tow truck driver was so courteous and paid special attention to make sure to take good care of my truck. He even sent me a text with a picture if it at the dealership parking lot. Huge thanks to Gates Towing and Blake!

I was rushing to work and left my EV/conventional mobile on, when I got out of work, I discovered my car remote wasn't working and long behold car battery died, tick tick tick tick, I called someone to help, but no help, and it dawned on me RSA, Demarico, called me first very professional, great communicator because ya boy was literally stuck in a parking lot alone, freezing woe, D showed up fast, a team player you want on the field. He was very chill, very knowledgeable, he even gave me Intel on a jump starter box for the car for the future. Got one now. Dude changed my life forever. One time for Demarico a trustee.

Friendly service. Driver texted to let me know it's on way, then text to let me know the vehicle has been dropped off.

Simple stuff like that reduces stress and it is very helpful

Our keys got locked in our vehicle and we were trying to unlock it ourselves with zero luck. I called the police to help, but they didn’t do that in this area and so we were about to break a window when a guy from gates towing was driving by and stopped to ask us if we needed help! Of course we did! He called over 2 other guys in the tow truck and they were able to get the door unlocked with their lock out kit. When we asked them how much they said don’t worry about it! These 3 were absolutely amazing and a huge life savor! I would 100% call them with future needs and recommend them to everyone! Thank you again Gates Towing!
