Gearcor Retail Store, Johnson City NY

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order with this company December 20,2022 for a pair of boots, recieved an order number after checking out and no further confirmation or response from GearCor. When I check my order status on their website it just says pending shipment. The funds were taken from my account the day after ordering. There was no mention of delay upon placing my order I was expecting their same day or next day processing and shipping as noted on their website when I checked out. Instead I've recieved nothing but pending and missing money. I've called both numbers on the website left messages with both, no response. I emailed support equally useless as I've recieved you guessed it nothing but silence. I just needed some form of communication from this company that has taken my money. Figured I would come here and leave a review of my very poor experience with GearCor and their lack luster customer service. In hopes that someone will actually contact me in regards to WHY my order is pending, not too much to ask. GearCor you have my contact information on my order (Bradley Fuller) you also have a voice-mail from me Christina Bradley's wife on both your answering machines and you also have my email in your support inbox if you bother to open it. My next stop is BBB I'm a very patient person however I do have expectations from retailers when I spend money with them like timely processing, communication and delivery of promised products. None of which I have recieved from you. A response would be greatly appreciated. If not, I will proceed accordingly.

One of the only places In Broome county where you can get good quality boots. The sales associates are always helpful and positive. Jared helped me when I came in last time, he was knowledgeable and willing to help me find the right boot. Will definitely be back!

Great products, helpful employees and perfect gear for working outdoors. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality products, and they just got my favorite socks back in stock, so comfy!

Very poor company- hours on door clearly states they close at 5pm Saturday- got off work at 430 and was at gearcore at 437- guy and girl walking around inside with lights off and door locked-

The store has a nice, high quality selection of work boots and other blue collar type working clothes. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Ordered product months ago.nobody answers phone.no one returns calls have called messaged on app.wondering if they take ur order and cash and not send out product because that's what they did to me.

Tried on a few pairs and bought a reasonably comfortable in store (the pair i wanted were back ordered). I was hesitant but told if they weren't good enough I could exchange no issue.
Literally wore them thru their parking lot to my job/ for a few hours. Terribly uncomfortable digging in my toes. Tried to return and told the dust on the bottom was "too dirty". I offered to clean them but was told I only should have worn them inside on clean floors and it's my fault if I wanted to return them I shouldn't have worn them.
Never shopping here again.waste of over $100 for shoes I can't wear.
TLDR Rip off salesman who lie to make a quick buck.

You can't sort or filter on the website. Maybe people don't need to see certain items. Stop wasting money on Facebook ppsts and make a decent website. SMH

Excellent selection of footwear and Carhartt apparel for construction, fire/EMS and other fields that require tough gear that's comfortable. You will find knowledgeable staff and an ample in-stock selection.

This is one of my favorite stores to come check out for Carharrt apparel. The customer service is outstanding! I was looking for a specific sweatshirt and they didn't have my size on the rack so they made sure they had in in the back in stock!

They have a large selection of boots at varying prices, my only complaint is that I am a big guy with big feet and I DON'T buy 200-300$ boots until I try them on and see how they feel! Gearcore still has a problem stocking larger size boots and that is why they get a 4out of 5. If I can't try them how can I buy them. Service is excellent and the staff are friendly.

Very helpful staff. This location has everything that a worker needs under 1 roof. If they don't have it they can order it.
