Great follow through. I brought in my hard drive. They assessed and told me it needed a new reader. They gave me an option to order a part myself or have them do it. Within 24 hours, I had my drive back and could access my files. Well done! I will use them again.

Absolutely the best computer repair shop I've ever been to. The owner is so nice and willingly to explain and take time yo answer all questions. This is my new go-to place for computer repairs! What sets Geek Shop apart is that Stanley has direct business connections with vendors and he was able to replace my laptop monitor very quickly. It originally took over 3 months since the start of Covid and a previous repair shop simply gave up on me after they received two broken replacements online. Geek Shop's price was fair and Stanley helped me wrap up the laptop as well. They have great customer service and spends the time to address all the issues. I highly recommend!: D
