My provider screwed up my phone and lost the contacts page They couldn't fix it.i went to Sag Harbor and Logan, the technician worked amazingly and after a reasonable time, restored it to my phone. They are amazing in this store and should be recognized for their friendly service. Why even thing of anywhere else. Logan eliminated a lot of stress in my feeling all data was lost. Cracked the 2020 macbook air screen. Called in for a price quote. They quoted a fair price (not my first rodeo for cracked screen unfortunately) and pointed me towards frugal solutions elsewhere - I just ordered a $80 portable monitor to tide me over until I decide whether to keep this laptop or buy a new one. This place is a definite benefit for our community and I look forward to calling them for my computer needs

Geek Hampton is the best Apple store anywhere! They are super helpful and patient and really know their stuff. After 3 hours with Apple support they solved my problem in a few minutes. Kudos to Sheryl and Lincoln and Adam - they are great!

This past year things have been breaking down, or in the case of my most recent visit, gummed up (iPhone not connecting to power source). But the Geeks fix things—quickly and efficiently. As a writer, they save my life!
