We just moved to a new home, changed address with Geico on Friday and received our new insurance cards with the new address on Monday (today). Very impressive.

If I could give negative stars I would. So extremely disappointed with Geico. Had an incident over a month ago and reported a claim, I have been completely ignored. Ghosted by Geico. No adjuster even assigned to our claim. No call backs, takes over 2 hours to get in touch with someone that cannot even assist you.
Zero star, we went today to get a home owner insurance and I was waiting for more than 20 min and they said we had to wait more time or just leave the name and phone number to be contacted, there were about 4 agents just talking by phone but nobody could talked with us, the receptionist asked one agent about us and he told her we had to leave our contact information to be called, but they kept still receiving more new calls, we are geico client but now we are going to find another insurance, they have to learn to be better with their clients.
This branch used to be great. Customer service has went downhill big time. Don’t bother trying to call after 1 PM.
I signed up for Geico online for my motorcycle insurance. I already use Geico for homeowners and auto. The way the website is set up you can't easily see any options to change your coverage. I filled out the info and paid the premium in full as requested. A few months into my coverage and I was involved in a hit and run. Geico refuses to cover any damage to myself or the bike. I have also not received any documents that even tell me what my coverage is despite calling on multiple occasions. I also can't view my coverage on the app.
This is so frustrating. I will never use this company again!
1 week amd still no claims adjustment on my disabled vehicle I had to leave after 3 hours on hold only to be hung up on after 2 hours on hold. UNACCEPTABLE UNACCEPTABLE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND NO CAR CAUSE OF IT!
Waited on hold better than 20m several times in the last few days just to pay the bill! Is there not an automated service? Number? You do not value your customers.and thank God I'm not one guarentee my dad won't be for long
Amazing! Kelsey was wonderful; she has a beautiful melodic voice. Forget progressive, allstate, and state farm.
Horrible service, To expensive. I left them. They charge an arm and a leg. I'm paying now for both my cars less then what I was paying for one car with them. Smh!
I was involved in a geico costomer backing into me they lied and I only was paid half after they left the scene and the driver was not on insurance altho I had witnesses. Overall I like geico and I will recommend them.
Waited for a long period of time to try and pay bill outside in the cold when the office had many reps in office with doors locked. Have done this several times, one in which caused me to get a lapse in Insurance. Their customer service during this time is Not So good! Along with the price of insurance on the bill sent is NOT the same as the yearly statement. Not sure why and how this is possible and so much more!
The staff is Great in this office. I suggest to call Geico directly unless you get to talk to a customer service representative employee here at this office. My experience talking to the Agent. I plead the 5th.
Impossible to contact. Dropped the ball on issuing a home owner's policy after saying they would contact my mortgage company back in January. I just found out (18 days later) this never happened. As a result, closing on my home is delayed. This is unacceptable, and infuriating. I'm moving to an independent broker. Does Geico have any employees left?
