Gem Pawnbrokers, Queens NY

The lady working behind the counter today and wearing glasses was sooo unprofessional that I will never bring my kids or myself here. I don’t know how she keeps her job? !

I had a great experience at GEM pawnbrokers. I brought in my lightly used guitar and received a great deal for it. The store is clean and staff very professional. I’d highly recommend GEM to anyone looking to sells items, jewelry or electronics. I will be back when I need to sell something else.

HORRIBLE!
Have been a avid customer for years and on numerous occasions have has issue. I recommend going to steinway store or working with Judy in Brooklyn. The harlem store unfortunately you're just going to have problems (and remember they have your items). Horrible service, very unprofessional. You can get more money for your items at other locations and you get your items back, looking like they were all stuffed in a bin together. Beware of location!

Judy in a hurry and kept under paying me do not go she started @ one price and lied even though I had the prior price written down what she had appraised. There is a Pawn in Sunnyside, ny queens blvd they are ho est and pay more, Judy very unprofessional sorry I gave her anything

I can’t say enough about the excellent service that JUDY provided when I went to her shop. I also learned that I had been ripped off at other places I had been to. She was so kind and patient and explained several things I had never known before. I was referred by my Dad to come to Gems. He told me there was no other place to pawn your jewelry better than Gems. This lovely Lady Judy was A wonderful help. Im definitely coming back everytime I need help purchasing pawning or selling jewelry!
