Eric and his staff were so professional and detailed oriented setting up the date to come out, inspecting my property and giving me a very fair estimate. I got such a good feeling and had all my questions and worries about the project put to rest. We are currently working on a date to start the generator install!
I replaced my 20-year old Generac with a new one. I posted a query on FaceBook and received a blizzard of recommendations for Gen-Plus. Their bid was the smallest of three. The entire process was very straightforward. They were on time, very easy to work with, and did a very neat job. (I looked through all the reviews and found only one with fewer than five stars. (It was a four, but probably a typo! Lol). Recommended.
Had our generator installed several years ago and was pleased with the workmanship and efficiency of installation. Response time to our questions and service has been remarkable. We've never had a serious problem and are very pleased with our decision to go with Gen-Plus.
Our original service provider discontinued servicing house generators. From the Generac Mfg. Companies authorized service list we found Gen-Plus Inc, Tillson NY.
Visiting their office convinced me it it a real professional outfit and we scheduled the next Generac required annual warranty service call with Gen-Plus.
Being a retired Industrial electrician/engineer, I was very impressed with the Gen-Plus tech Steve's knowledge and professionalism. I know my whole house AC generator is in good hands with Gen-Plus from now on.

These guys are great. I have a Generac which came with my house which had problems for years since I moved in. Numerous people have looked at it and couldn't tell me what was wrong. GenPlus came out and figured out that it was installed incorrectly by the gas company. They charged me a very reasonable price and the service was honest and amazing. Thanks!
