Just had the nastiest, most uncalled for phone experience of my life. I called on 6/19 at 2: 24 pm and asked for my contact prescriptions. The doctor hadn’t finalized it so I called back again and gave my email. The woman on the phone said “I JUST SENT IT” with the nastiest attitude and when I went to confirm my email one more time, she cut me off and hung up on me. I don’t know if the employees there need more customer facing training; I did absolutely nothing to warrant the attitude. Take your business elsewhere.
And I just called back to complain to a manager and she hadn’t taken down the right email, which she would have had she listened the first time.
