This place ‘gets it’.

I had a cherished butterfly clock encased in a heavy wood frame with a glass front. The butterflies were real monarchs. It fell off the wall and the frame broke and came apart, the glass shattered and I thought I'd never be able to get it repair. This type of job isn't this company's forte. They attempted to fix it with no guarantee it could be fixed. They cleaned up the mirror inside and put it back together beautifully. I'm so incredibly grateful

I run a national facilities management company and needed a local glass company for an emergency repair on a Saturday. This company was excellent. Their response time, customer service, and communication was perfect. Their pricing was very fair under the circumstances. I will utilize them again, if needed, and I highly recommend them. Both the office and field staff were great!

Have talked to 2 people at this place and both have been extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Will not be using their service solely because of the customer service.

Have been driving by this place for years. Never really had a need to utilize their services, until we dropped a mirror moving furniture.
They were exceptionally quick to email me back and draw up a quote.
Once I dropped the mirror off, had it back the next day.

I purchased replacement tempered glass tops for two outdoor tables. Ordering by telephone was simple and professional. They thought it would take five or more weeks before the custom order was available and it actually took less than two weeks. Thanks guys!

I had a hinged glass shower door that was out of alignment and dragging. They had available appointments, did an amazing job and were very reasonable. I definitely recommend calling them if you need glass work.

I had GG&M install a custom glass shower enclosure and a standard glass sliding door on another shower. Joe was easy to work with and responsive in getting the quote and order placed. The custom order only took about a month, which was shorter than promised and they were able to schedule the install almost immediately after they received the enclosure. The guys who did the install were phenomenal: clean, kind, and super efficient. I highly recommend GG&M for any glass shower door/enclosure installation!

These guys are amazing! Helped me out of a bind when a power line went through my car windshield. Called at 10am, dropped car off at noon, picked it back up at 3: 30. Very professional but a family friendly feel.

Very helpful staff and pricing was reasonable. Purchased a 1/4 inch piece of glass to replace broken desk top. They also recycled the broken glass that I had.

This company has been a team player when it comes to our equipment and our growing facility which is Homesteads for Hope, a Community Farm for people with disabilities. They have helped us navigate ADA compliance while renovating our 18th century historic barns, and just yesterday installed a new door entry for our Farm Store that needed upgrade as we expanded the facility with a food service café. From estimate, quote and install there work is incredible. I choose Genesee Glass over the competitors!
