Genesee-Transit Pediatrics LLP reviews
13Grandson had to get 1 year checkup and nurse Christine came in to give shots was very jittery seemingly sick or under the influence of something and scratched grandson with needle. I will never go back!
No Stars! They are super unprofessional. Nurse christine appears to be on drugs. Real jittery & moving too fast! As she was giving my child his shots she scratched him with the needle. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I felt the need to leave a review after reading some others. I personally have had nothing but 5 star treatment for my kiddos. I've called for small things after hours as little as a doseing question and more serious questions. Always called back very quickly. Every staff member has been Wonderful and respectful! My kids love Dr. Palma.and the rest of the other docs! Never had a problem, they've always been amazing and taken time with family. Anytime I needed to bring my kiddos in for a sick appointment they found a spot. 10/10 would recommend
This is the most unprofessional and uncaring practice I’ve ever experienced.
The doctors here, lack empathy. This is the second time I brought my son to an appointment with his pediatrician, and they said everything was fine and just prescribed him ibuprofen! Didn’t even listen to his breathing. We ended up going to the ER couple hours later to be diagnosed with something 10 times worse. The ER asked how didn’t the doctor see his breathing and why was he only prescribed ibuprofen for something he needed steroids for… my son was put on a breathing Machine and steroids. This physicians office did not catch it. This is the second time i feel like they did nothing to help and this is the second time they’ve been lazy with care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I went here as a child and then brought my children here for years. We left only because I became employed as a LPN at a different pediatrician office and it was super convenient (as a single mother in RN school) to have my children taken care of in a quick manner where I was employed. Since I left that office and have been working in NICU, I decided I wanted to come back. They said their policy would not allow this. I explained that was understandable however we did not leave for any other reason than stated above. The office manager almost seemed relieved and voice turned joyful.:) She said she would talk to providers and call me back. After a couple days she informed me that they said no. No other reason than no. It’s their choice but it’s disappointing that no explanation was privately given and no sympathy given. Two stars for lack of compassion, sympathy and unwillingness to understand/compromise. I remember Dr John being wonderful when we saw him. I typically only write positive reviews unless I feel strongly about the way I’m treated. But…. It must be meant-to-be that we are not there.
Moved from Allentown Pediatrics when my family moved to Lancaster. Every experience here has been grueling. Currently sitting in my air conditioned car (that I've been running for over an hour) with my one year old on a 90 degree day because our appointment started an hour ago and we've been sitting in their 80 degree waiting room for 40 minutes. Waiting on the phone call when the dr is ready. Never coming here again after this.
I can’t say enough about this practice! I have three girls and I call the on call doctor All the time. They take care of all my questions/concerns and they do it with patience and understanding! They call me back in a timely fashion! I’m so glad we choose GTP.
Everyone is friendly. Nurse Brett is awesome! We've called with questions about a reaction, and they called back right away and were very helpful.
I called GTP on a Saturday a few weeks ago for a sick visit. They got my daughter in within the hour. Everyone was so nice and professional from the receptionist to the doctor. I’m so glad I choose GTP for all three of my growing girls!
I have been bringing my twin girls here since they were born. They were born at 36 weeks and I am a first time mom so I am very cautious about where to bring my girls. We see Dr. Kasuba and she is just wonderful. All the staff is very welcoming and respectful. I am the mom with a million questions and Dr. Kasuba and the nurses always take the time to fully go through all my questions and make sure I understand. I have called multiple times with questions or worries about my girls and a nurse always talks me through everything or gets the doctor if needed to ease my worries. I would definitely recommend any mom to bring their children to Genesee Transit Pediatrics.
I love this practice! My son has been coming here for 5 yrs now. They are always on top of the ball and most accommodating. My son has chronic sinus issues and Dr. Jon is simply amazing with him, quick to respond to my patient portal messages and always does what’s needed and opens up his schedule for same day appointments if needed. The staff is always so sweet and always treats my son like he’s a movie star when he enters the office.
Personal, friendly, and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about this office! I have been bringing my daughters here for almost 10 years and absolutely LOVE our doctor and the nurses. Staff is attentive and returns calls quickly to answer all my questions and is usually always able to get my kids in the very same day should the situation arise. The nurses and doctors are all super friendly and make going to the doctor's as enjoyable as possible for my girls.
