Great dealer ship I bought a mini Cooper about 10 years ago and now 2023 I bought a B. M. W. 528i xdrive and love both the cars the Cooper is in Washington state at my sisters I never have delta wit the mechanics because I never have needed them my oil is changed by my son so there ya go great sales department bent over backwards to accommodate me. I have bought a 2016 A6, and a 2016 B. M. W. X5 i35 Danny Z. In sales will fix you up

Exactly eight days after paying you $1207 to fix my check engine light it’s back on along with just about every other light on the dash.

Usually costs that much for 10,000 miles not 5.

Everyone that works here is always so friendly and helpful. I bought a used vehicle here and have a few minute issues, they have been so helpful getting the car in and serviced in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used practically priced vehicle.

Traveled several hours to purchase a car, was told over the phone there were no issues with the car. Upon taking it for a 5 minute test drive an issue was discovered along with another check engine light on the way home. The dealership took 3 months to reimburse me for half of the repair cost. Would never go back or recommend.

Honest and mechanic in the same sentence? Yep. I've worked with Dan and Jay and the GFS family for some time. These guys go above and beyond. Quick story - my daughter started college in Geneva last year. When I visited her from out of state I mentioned to Jay that she just started school 3000 miles from home. Jay gave me his cell phone and said "if your daughter ever needs something while here please have her call me. " That's above and beyond. Oh I almost forgot to mention these guys know their way around engines, transmissions, brake systems, etc.

GFS has taken care of me and my 2014 VW Touareg TDI Sport since 2020, and best I can say is we've worked through some issues with that amazing car, and she's still running strong at 185,000 mi with at least another hundred -or two- to go. Thanks, great team at GFS!

GFS has a great sales department. Everything that Dan (my salesman) promised me…he delivered. My 2014 Volkswagen Touareg is great. Just had the transmission fluid changed in their Service department. They stand behind their word.

Outstanding customer service. I stopped by two weeks ago with an ill-fitting (supposedly OEM) part for the fuel pump on my Volvo 240. They took the part and remachined the surfaces to fit; not on a grinding wheel mind you, but on a milling machine. This is no minor task. It takes considerable time to set up, and they did it while I watched and for free. Thank you so much GF&S. I would have been absolutely stuck without that part.
