Jennifer Hilker in Ashley Pikes office shouted at us for coming in for blood work. Intimated us in the room as to why we were there and didnt get an ultrasound in the ER the other day. Rolled her eyes and yelling at us! I thougbt I was dreaming I swear. I told her Ive never had such a horrible experience with a visit before she responded with "yeah ok". I asked why shes so angry and why her demeanor is so awful she laughed. She sat in the room with us and continued to argue with us and be rude and nasty and intimidating. Didn't bother to even look at his leg which was why we were there. I asked for the doctor because she was so rude and she continued to sit there and make us so uncomfortable! I swear I went to grab my phone to start recording this so I could put her on blast! She got up an stared me down leaving the room and rolled her eyes at me at the door. Disgusted we didn't see the doc we left we were soo uncomfortable and frustrated front desk lady smiled about the situation. Didn't bother to apologize didn't care. Bunch of rude women. I am calling HR to report Jennifer Hilker and front desk. There's no way Jennifer Hilker hasn't had other reports she's everything healthcare shouldn't be.

An absolute joke they put in my insurance information wrong I’ve called 3 times about bills that would have been taken care of gave them the correct information and asked for an itemized bill and was refused

Why r they so dude … girl nurse … rude, rude, rude, will not reveal name just cause I’d be like her

I don’t know what’s going on, but I went to the ER yesterday July 4th and I had to realize where I was, because everyone was wonderful, I was seen fast, the nurses were great, the doctor seem so compassionate. I purposely would go to ANY hospital in another town because Geneva hospital was the worst and I live 2 blocks from it. Thank you so much for treating EVERYONE respectfully!

One of the few remaining local hospitals not part of a big hospital chain, and I think, struggling because of that. Janitorial services seems to have been cut back. The first drinking fountain near the main entrance has what I hope is hard water stains and not mold. The floor in the Radiology waiting room had dirt and debris under the furniture. The receptionist I felt was rude and very unconcerned with my 95 year old mother. In the past we have had great care there.

Took my nephew for a dog bite sat in there from 2pm - 5 no medicine for the 3yr old that was bit until we left they didn't even clean it for 2 1/2hours not sure y they didn't tend to us we wanted to leave so bad. I looked at the reviews for this hospital, horrible. I've bn for myself, horrible, I've been to the lab n they left my daughter arm all bruised. This place will sew ya nose on ya neck. NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY. It's so horrible that I can't remember the one person name who's shift changed n couldn't understand why we were there for so long before she came.something ain't right at this hospital.and got us in and

Little to no wait time. Staff was beyond amazing. Very professional and compassionate. Truly listened to patient concerns and did a thorough assessment to rule out any conditions. Clean facility and great patient care
