Got a root canal and I was very nervous about getting the shot lol but they numbed me before I got the shot didn’t feel anything at all it went very well they made me feel comfortable def the best place I’ve been to

I had contact with several of the staff and clinical team, and they were all fabulous! So incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and cheerful!

Dental care plan was never discussed and when I tried to ask the dentist a question about the plan of action, I was treated extremely rudely and told he was "too busy for this". (It was literally one question, and I was not even being a difficult patient to warrant the response). The dentist insisted I had to be sedated to fix 3 cavities (all next to each other) and when I said I don't do well with sedation and preferred Novacane, I was told that it wasn't an option because the Dentist was refusing to do it that way (insisted it was necessary to get it fixed in one shot under sedation). They don't even provide sedation, so it was really his way of getting rid of me. Went to a new dental office and had all three fixed in one sitting, no sedation, and it only took 30 mins total. I didn't even know how many cavities I had because the Dentist does not discuss your treatment plan with you (I had to ask the front desk receptionist to even find out that there were 3 cavities). He just does what he wants when he wants with no regard to customer request or concerns. Highly Highly do not recommend this place. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

I was so happy with the communication from the start. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I don’t understand the negative comments for this place, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Young lady added moisturizer to my lips before we got started and that was too notch for me. Very informative and patient.
