I been going to Geoffrey Fitzgerald 21yrs and I wouldn't wanna go any place else the staff are all Aces totally professional and they care. I feel like im family when walking into his office.
My experience was always good with ms. Belcher she always had time to respond to my needs and guide me in the right direction as needed.
Grest experience. I filed my first claim with Allstate. I worked with Ms Roberson who was professional she provided timely feedback to resolved my claim. I also had an opportunity to contact their office after completing my 6 hr defensive driving class to censure I receive the appropriate discount. The representative was also professional and took care of my request. I am receiving the appropriate discount.
Terrible service always coming up with ways not to fix the problem by not paying out for damages
