3The front of 1761 is disgusting it’s infested with rats and water bugs. The people assigned to clean the building never cleans the hallways doesn’t mop the stairs I literally have to mop the hallway myself it’s just really sad for the individuals like myself that actually pay full rent
The amount of RATS in front of this building IS OUT OF CONTROL! Coming in and out is like a nightmare! At night its INFESTED. 30 rats or more running around the walk way.ugh!
For Seven days at Washington Lexington (New York City Housing Authority's President George Washington) has NOT responded why the building like 110 East 99th st.has NO HEAT for seven days. CCC suppose to act as ES within 24 hours the heat will be restore, actually not true! CCC doesn't work for the resident. And the development need to be investigated for negligent!
