Ordered a 3D cake for $120 and wasn’t overly impressed. It was to serve 10 people, in which it was definitely more than enough. Only problem is, it was really dry and nobody really cared for it. Also some of the designs wasn’t as detailed, like I’ve seen on their instagram. Looked like they took a cancelled wedding cake and plopped a truck on top. My mother said it looked like someone that wasn’t an expert, did my cake. Step dad, that was his birthday, didn’t like the cake. He did like the truck. Everyone asked were I got the cake; and yeah…

Get Caked Bakery made the most beautiful cake for our son’s 5th birthday party. He is both gluten and dairy free and they were able to accommodate his allergies. We will definitely use them again!

The girl behind the counter that was making the stuff was really really nice the only thing is it's overpricing is not that good the red velvet cookies were okay but slightly dry but those cupcakes were trash dry not at all tasteful as I've hoped. I did not like those that I had no flavor it was messy and it got all over the place that was my first and last time coming in there I understand I got a little points or whatever but it wasn't worth it and I know next time when I get wax I will walk right past it like I've been doing thank you but no thank you

Great German chocolate cake! Slightly overpriced but I will definitely always support a local business! The girls that run this are awesome!

You must visit this gem of a shop! Their desserts are delicious. Many of their options are gluten-free and vegan. The staff are bubbly and helpful. What a treat!

Everyone loved the cupcakes at our wedding! Many of our guests couldn’t help themselves and had more than one…and some had more than 4!

It was a little hard to get a hold of them sometimes during the wedding planning process, but Kelly would always eventually respond enthusiastically about our ideas and questions.

As a bride with severe food allergies, it was really important to me that all the cupcakes were nut free, and there were properly labeled gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. Get Caked was so good about this and made sure that there was no cross contamination during the baking, delivery or set up.

Our personal wedding cake to cut was super cute too! My only wish was that the frosting wasn’t so thick, but that's only because it was so sweet and covering up the delicious carrot cake!

BEST CAKE ever! Don’t let the bad reviews fool you this place is awesome! With having some dietary restrictions I have tried many local bakeries and Get Caked has been the best one yet! I can’t wait to try more of your baked good! Thank you for the amazing cake!

For vegans and those who are GF these treats are a splurge! There's probably a LOT of sugar in the delicious cupcakes but we really love them for special occasions! It was very hard to find the bakery, even with Google directions. Your best plan may be to just park at Village Gate and go inside looking around each corner. It's there! Check their hours before you drive over.

I was very disappointed with Get Caked and the cake and customer service they provided for my baby shower (I'm including an inspo picture of what I wanted vs what I got). As you can see, the cake was all cracked! This was not the cake we had ordered! The entire cake was pink when it was supposed to be white with pink dots, pink border, pink pumpkin and pink wording! The entire cake blends together! I'm surprised a baker didn't look at this and think is this what they really want?

The only thing they got right was the chai frosting (which I guess was an issue to begin with), the cake flavor and the filling! They couldn't even accommodate us to bring us a new cake (they wanted us to bring the cake back to them when I literally had guests walking through the door).

The only reason I went with Get Caked was because of the chai frosting. I was very disappointed with how the cake looked and the customer service. I will think twice about ordering from them again

These cupcakes are fantastic. There vegan and gluten free options are also just as good as standard cupcakes. They must be made with magic.

The stars were for the customer service, they were great 10/10. Not a fan of the cupcakes, however the banana nut caramel cupcake was 8/10.

Ordered a cookie platter through the online ordering system. Super easy to use and received confirmation texts and emails with an order number for reference. It felt a little funny ordering a huge tray of cookies after hours without talking to anyone and hoping for the best but it's probably much more efficient for the business. I chose which flavor cookies I wanted in the assortment but it wasn't easy to tell which varieties had nuts in them. I wrote a note at the bottom asking to substitute anything with nuts. I received another text the day of confirming that my order was ready (early!) and the tray came with a sticker on the top denoting it as nut-free. Thanks for noticing and accommodating my request but it would be helpful to know which cookies contain nuts in the future. Guests all enjoyed the cookies, especially the lemon and the blueberry oatmeal.

Ordered a custom cake, it had a stale taste so we did not eat the cake. The cake was cracked when I brought it home due to poor making. Really disappointed.

Visited here once while in the area. I'm Celiac, did not get sick here afaik.
Got a GF eclair and a GF/DF lemon-blueberry cupcake. Eclair was nice, but very homemade looking. Tasted fine. The cupcake was alright, but not worth the $$. It was very dense and tasted like it was a couple days old.
If you're GF and dying for a treat, this place is just fine. But I've been to better bakeries near my home.

Highly Recommend! Get Caked Bakery helped me with beautiful tasty deserts for two events this summer and did a fantastic job! Guests LOVED everything we got and I was so impressed with the attention to detail and superior customer service! Officially the only bakery I will use in Rochester from now on!

Ordered a surprise cake for my husbands birthday- and we were both absolutely blown away by the quality of the custom cake design. The bakery did an amazing job with the cake decoration and the cake itself was delicious! We had 8 people at the party and still have half a cake left, so it was more than plenty for our party today. Very very happy!

I got a cake from them but it was not what I expected. I asked for purple frosting, I got blue. Also there was supposed to be raspberry filling and there was barely any on the cake. The cake was so dry. I had a baby shower and all of my guest didn't like it. I was really excited about getting a cake from here, it was disappointing

We ordered platters of cookies and cupcakes in advance for a dinner, and all were delivered fresh and on time. We needed gluten free options kept apart from the rest of the goodies, and they were packaged separately as requested. Our guests loved the variety, and could not tell the difference between the regular and gluten free baked goods! All were moist, flavorful and devoured quickly!

Needed a cake on short notice and they had different varieties on hand. The place was nice and smelled was amazing. The cake was really good. The frosting was great not to sweet. I will be buying from them again. Thanks Get Caked

We ordered nine dozen assorted mini cupcakes for our sons graduation party. Each flavor was delicious. I'm glad we over ordered because they all went. Everyone loved them.
