GI-RO Dry Cleaners, Tonawanda NY

I am currently a graduate student at UB and it breaks my heart to rate a place anything other than a 5. However, I had a terrible experience with GI-RO because they took over 2 weeks to return my suit to me. The customer service rep had told me 3 business days to get my suit back to me, but they didn’t mention that the only days they are able to return dry cleaning to UB students are Tuesday’s and Fridays. Therefore, I had to wait a cycle of two Tuesdays and one Friday to receive my dry cleaning, and to say I was unhappy would be a serious under statement. My advice: take your business elsewhere. You will be grateful you did.

We are in shock, I mean what a business! My husband picked up our coats we had dry cleaned and when he came home there was an envelope stuck to the coat. We opened it and inside was a $20.00 bill. Gi-Ro found it when cleaning it and put it on our coat inside an envelope safety pinned on. Never, ever would I have imagined a business in this day and age ever. EVER do this. Talk about HONESTY. They are now our go to dry cleaners, we will never go anywhere else. Pass the word around, I know I am.this place is fabulous! We love you GI-RO!

They are amazing! Great service and just perfect cleaning. Had a grey snow coat that looked like it it was rolled around in soot - now it's practically new!

I would love to know how my white dress shirt came back with MORE marks on it then when I dropped it off. I came here due to the good reviews and I'm very disappointed in the service. It looks like it wasn't even touched.

Amanda is a wonderful clerk. She has a good customer service. She goes out of her way to help me.

When I had asked the guy working there how much it would cost, he said, "Like $30 or something. " He couldn't even be bothered to look up the correct prices. After rudely asking for my name, he proceeded to wad-up and throw my husband's two $400 suits and $200 pants onto a table like they were garbage, and without so much as marking who they belong to. I asked for the articles back and cancelled my order. I will never go there again.

Fast and friendly. They told me a date it would be ready and it was ready days before. Will be coming back in future:)

This is the only Cleaners I trust with my Uniform. Not many places left in Buffalo, that actually know how to do Military creases properly. If I am paying for the service, it has to be done properly. GiRo has never let me down; from just dry cleaning, to tailoring needs. I highly recommend them to anyone, not just military folk.
