Understand that it's a drive thru, but they need to spend a little more time on the vacuum and drying.

Did a horrible job of vacuuming the interior, and dusting the dashboard/ center console. Didnt wipe the windows properly. Overall very sloppy work.

They are only offering minimal exterior wash at the moment - $12. That said, it was pretty efficient & convenient. Hopefully, they will expand their services again soon.

An absolute sham of a place, rude personnel, car wasn't clean afterwards and the manager is the pits. AVOID!

It's a good car wash. The staffs are ok and the facility is of good standing. I have used their complete detailing center and they did a great job.

Very fast, not always the most thorough. Sometimes spotless, sometimes not so much. The prices are a bit higher than some others, but its a very solid carwash I use regularly. I trust them to drive my manual, the guys are experienced! I have never tried their detailing center.

The people here are nice but the quality of the work isn’t great. Interior and exterior were visibly not clean if you look closely (e.g- dirt in wheel wells, sand on the floor, dirt in crevices.).
We were there for ~30min total (machine car wash, hand interior).

This place is a little bit cheaper than Hollywood car wash.but still the money they charge is not worth to go there. And doesn’t clean good.

I could have done better job in 5 min dirty exterior and interior. I understand inside is harder to clean but exterior? Machine already did 95% of the job for you.

Love this car wash been going here for years now never complains the guys there work hard they keep my car clean

Unlike their competitor, the employees at this place dry off cars on their own lot, rather than taking over a lane of traffic on Coney Island Avenue.

Excellent place to wash your car. Amazing and Friendly workers. Every time I get my car in excellent condition and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Worse car wash in town! They don’t clean anything in/out the car and price is very hight! I don’t recommend this Car wash because you just gonna lost ur money and get nervous with.

Thieves. They insisted I get out of my car for the car wash and then stole equipment out of the trunk. Manager said not possible and said he would check their cameras, I kept calling, shockingly they never checked.

Love the car wash staff are really good and friendly coming here the past 13 years still cant complain new machines installed also now.

So I get my car wash this morning and witnessed an employee who is Hispanic and barely speak English call a non black man a nigg$r. Why is that even accepted by the Chinese owners? I don't think I will come to this care wash again!

The employees are so f**** rude they did not clean the car and they saying if you not satisfied with our service go another place
