Jenny (the receptionist) had an absolutely terrible attitude, EXTREMELY rude. Left a threatening voicemail for being a representative of a professional healthcare business for a late payment… a payment in which was late because the office sent me my bill 3 MONTHS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT! Why am I getting a bill at the VERY LAST week of march of this year for an appointment I had in december 2022? Looking into switching offices. Jenny… your behavior and attitude is very embarrassing for this dentist office. I’m not sure who you think you are leaving messages like that, but not even my own mother has talked to me like that. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so bitter. The dentist himself was amazing - but I will not be returning after that experience with jenny.
