Dr. Tartaglia is friendly, kind, and generous with both her time and her expert advice. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and is genuinely interested in getting to know you as a person. This is very rare and I am grateful to be a patient in her practice. The staff is helpful and accommodating and the office environment is relaxed.

I am a 10 year patient of Dr. Tartaglia and her staff. I have ALWAYS felt that my medical needs have been more than met. With my chronic issues, it is important to me to have 24/7 access. That access has been tested a few times over the years with positive results. Dr. T.is a personable, invested, knowledgeable physician. Her staff is the same. She knows me and knows my family. She is pretty much my extended family’s personal physician.

Our entire family loves going to Dr. T, our kids even look forward to their appointments. Dr. T is extremely patient, compassionate and always available to answer any questions/concerns we have.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful so overall it is always an enjoyable experience seeing Dr. T and her team.

Dr. Tartaglia is one of the finest doctors in Westchester. I have been going to her for over 20 years now and have plenty of medical issues. She is available any time of the day and weekends which is unheard of for any doctor. The office/parking and staff are the best and I highly recommend Dr. Tartaglia and her team!

My whole family (including my 8 month old) love going to Dr. Tartaglia’s office! When we called to make an appointment her front staff was so helpful in getting us an apt as soon as possible: when we got to the office they answered all questions and concerns I had; and helped me make follow up appointments with a specialist. The entire staff handled my case with respect and sensitivity. I love the individual care I get here!

Dr. Tartaglia is an amazing Doctor and person. She has been my physician for over 20 years. And now she is my family's physician as well. My kids love her and they are not afraid to go to the drs office! It's comforting to know you can treat your entire family and receive the attention you deserve. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My 3 kids and myself got sick back to back for the past two weeks and every time we needed to come in (which was like every other day it felt) they got us in without any issues. Love this office and the personal care we get.

Very open and listens to pts needs, through yet not scary. Realistic positive awesome bedside manor. Practice with the times, always evolving

Dr. Tartaglia is very nice, but I always seem to end up seeing the PAs. They are also very nice, but there is a lot of turnover. There is also always a long wait. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful and also blatantly display Trump signs which is appalling to me on a personal level, but regardless of political affiliation, I don't find it very professional to have it shoved in my face at a doctor's appointment. It's particularly concerning given that this is a medical facility and they are showing support for a man who has rejected science and suggested ingesting bleach.

As a professional athlete typically in need of guidance post injury or a quick visit to expedite the resolution of any health issues, I’ve found Dr. Tartaglias staff to be nothing but unhelpful and condescending any time I’ve visited or called looking for help. So much so that in the last few years as a patient I’d much rather visit an urgent care than attempt to even make an appointment.

Today was the last time and I suggest anyone looking to make her your primary go elsewhere.

I would definitely not recommend this office or the staff based on the way they handled appointments for a new patient. I booked a new patient appointment in September 2021 for January 2022 to specifically see Dr. Greco-Tartaglia (it was a fourth month wait). One week before my appointment in January 2022, the office called to reschedule my appointment to a consultation with a nurse. I explained that I had waited four months for an annual exam with the doctor and that I would like to see her. The appointment was rescheduled for February 2022 with the doctor. Last week, the office called to inform me the doctor is no longer taking new patients. I explained I had an appointment scheduled over four months ago and that while I understand she may not be taking new patients if you called now, she should honor her previously booked appointments. The office said they were understaffed and could not help me. I will definitely not be rescheduling to see her or anyone at her office after the poor reception received.

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! She is the only doctor in northern Westchester who takes my insurance. I called to make an appt, waited 2 months and then was told at the appointment it was just an intake. Next available for a wellness check — 6 months! I wish they had told me this upfront so I could schedule both at the same time or just not bother. I guess I’m stuck heading to the city (where I got an appt within 2 weeks of calling).
