Very welcoming staff. Was able to exchange my shirt that I purchased online for a smaller size and was able to purchase another awesome shirt. The atmosphere and staff were were great.

I already knew what I was coming to pick up before I got here, I had called in the items prior to my arrival. When I arrived it was a quick and smooth purchase. The service here was perfect as usual. Definitely my go to Givenchy.

Bought a bag overseas that was missing a small part of the bag. I couldn't go back to Paris to get the part but the manager at this store (Benny) was more than accommodating in helping me resolve the issue

Excellent customer service and a quiet comfortable place to shop. I bought an item about 8 months ago and I was very unhappy with the quality of it as it had begun to fall apart. I came in today with an open mind understanding it had been quite sometime since I purchased the item and it had significant wear and tear prematurely I may add. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted by the store manager and he proceeded to inform me on the effort and process it took to make the item I had purchased. He was kind and patient and due to my dissatisfaction he offered to send the item out to be refinished by hand by Givenchy artisians. I am appreciative of the customer service gesture and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
