I had a wonderful experience. The doctors are both so helpful and educated. They have a large selection of glasses and helped choose the perfect pair.

Horrible experience. I came with my sisters and we had appointments back to back starting 1 pm and we were there right on time. The doctor stepped away for a personal errand right as we arrived and were waiting. Finally after a 45 minute wait, the doctor attended to my sisters. When finally it was my turn, he was handed the wrong slip of the patient and had me wait for another 20 minutes. I would definitely not come back again. Highly unprofessional and no respect for others time.

Love how quick and professional the doctor was, my exam felt super comprehensive! I trust Glen Oaks with my eye care everytime! Wonderful selection of glasses and I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Dr. Levine as always is a delight. I’ve been her patient for almost 3 years now. She takes her time to analyze any concern I have regarding my vision and prescription. Never rushed, and always provides me that individual attention. Great job Doc. Thank you.

The staff is really rude. They talk to you like they are doing favor by taking you. I didn't even see the doctor for that one reason that staff was just rude.

Never ask for the Female Doc. She had me wait 40 minutes pass my appointment time. IF i hadn't voiced my annoyence, i wouldnt have never been seen. When i finally saw her, she didn't even really study or look at my history. Didn't seem to care at all why I was there. Suggested contacts that conterdict what the other male doc advised. Supposedly she was having trial pairs ordered but never told me when to expect it or that whether they would call and shewed me away. NEVER seeing that person again.

Glen Oaks made my visit quick and enjoyable. From the doctors to the staff they were able to answer and respond to all my questions and concerns. They offer a wide arrange of glasses and lens options. Overall, I highly recommend Glen Oaks!

Worst staff. Rude and disrespectful. My mother had serious eye infection. It took them 4 days to send the prescription to pharmacy. I had to sit in there waiting for over 2 hours to get it done. While I had called them multiple times on phone

Just terrible. Also, what kind of healthcare practice attacks their patients who give 1 star reviews? No matter who's to blame, healthcare professionals should seek to make things right. This place needs to be shut down.

Poor attention to detail and customer service. The optometrist wrote me the wrong prescription and I didn't realize until ordering glasses from a different vendor and needing to return them. I was also charged $120 for a contact lenses fitting and all they did was order trial lenses for me. They didn't assess if it was comfortable and whether it fit well. When I called and asked if the optemetrist should be assessing me when putting on the trials, the lady on the phone was like "uh, not really. " I could've just ordered it myself and save money. The ladies in the front desk shouldn't be in healthcare, they don't care about helping people. All they want to do is gossip. There were about four of them working when there were no customers.

The best people and best office ever. Always so helpful and kind. The front desk helped me choose the best glasses I’ve ever had and the doctor was so attentive and you could tell the whole place is so organized. Would recommend 100 times over.

I have never been to an eye doctor who literally tries to stop a person from being able to see. Whether it’s getting contacts or new glasses from their store which if you do buy them directly make sure you know what your actually getting. I was meant to get a certain designer pair paid in FULL CASH for them and then found out months later that not only were they in-fact a cheap knock off, but when I approached them they acted as if I had always known I wasn’t getting name brand for THE NAME BRAND PRICE while the frames sat on false advertising NAME BRAND GLASSES. Also telling me after that my plan was never insured as well and I needed to do everything over to get insured glasses. Afterwards they remodeled the whole store and any glasses there on branded areas were moved to show they are GENERIC KNOCKOFFS who charge you FULL PRICE. Even asking them to forward a prescription for glasses is left in two weeks of no callbacks and oops sorry you can’t see during your life! Honestly disgusting behavior and I tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague because otherwise the staff will start hounding you for any inconvenience of their day. A true masterpiece of vision! Do not ever go TO GLEN OAKS FAMILY VISION.
