Wonderful atmosphere. Very popular. Fantastic people and service. Delicious food!
Had a friend visiting. I chose Glen Park Tavern to introduce him to Beef on Weck. Amazing sandwich! The wings were also terrific and so was the beer!
The men's room is very tiny and I'm very tall. It worked out well, though.

I recently went to the Glen Ok ark Tavern to have dinner with some old friends. They are known for their meatloaf so a few of us ordered it but we're told it just came out of the oven and it wasn't ready to be served. The turkey dinner was recommended as an option so we ordered that instead. I was disappointed. It was decent but not enough to pay $20 for it. The last time we were there my husband ordered the beef on weck. I have always felt that beef for beef on weck should be tender and sliced very thin. It makes for better eating and flavor. Theirs had fairly thick slices and was not particularly tender. Perhaps these were just 2 off meals as the restaurant was very busy and it was a Tuesday night. I have to say the service was very good and so were the drinks. We did not have dessert so I cannot comment on that. I would definitely try this restaurant again because I feel that I just need to try it again. I do really want to try their meatloaf. I have heard good things about it.

Love the Tom and Jerry drink. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere as well. We didn't eat during this visit.

Fantastic food. French onion soup, lobster bisque and Beef on Weck were like home cooked meals. Erin and all the staff were really nice. What a great locals place.

We had a group of 18 celebrating a bday of an 85yr old. The place was packed yet we received absolute terrific service. Our group ordered full menu items, several trips for bar drinks and they graciously accommodated our bday cake serving. We made reservations in advance so our table was ready for us. I heard NO complaints all night. Everyone was positive and enjoyed our party.

We came here just for the beef on weck and it did not disappoint. It was super good as well as the fries that it came with. The atmosphere was cozy and nice and our server was so sweet as well.

This was a stop on the Williamsville Food Tour (Roaming Table) and our table was provided with roast beef on weck. IT WAS AMAZING. My favorite stop on the tour. The menu looks great and I will be back to sample other items.

The beef on weck is outstanding with tender beef and a very fresh weck bun. The au just was just the right amount. Not too wet or dry. And tasty. Also got Buffalo wings which were good but could have used a bit more sauce. The flavour was on point though. Odd that it didn't come with the traditional carrot and celery sticks. The fries, as some others have said, were gross. Stale, limp, and tasted days old. The order came with what seemed like homemade ketchup. Definitely not Heinz and had a nice tomato taste with not so much sugar. Nice. Can't put my finger on it but this place had a weird vibe to it.

This historic restaurant was once owned by famous Buffalo attorney and judge, James Kane, then named Kane's Red Carpet. After being absent from the area for a while and returning, I found the ambience and decor welcoming and warm, yet familiar, hearkening me back to when it was The Red Carpet. The piano bar is long gone, but the restaurant has filled in the space nicely. An ode to the judge ("Judge's Chambers") hangs on the wall behind the main bar. Numerois historical photos of the restaurant and neighborhood can be found throughout. My niece and I stopped in for a late lunch, after picking her up from the airport. My mom (her grandmother) had worked there when the judge owned it so we were curious and wanted to check it out. We ordered the gouda burger and Cajun cod from the friendly waitress. Both were excellent and prepared to perfection. The waitress checked on our service the right amount of times and thanked us for coming there. Even the bar staff thanked us and said goodbye on our way out, as people were gathering at the bar after work. This entire experience rekindled wonderful memories of our times there in the 1980s. It was well worth the decision to eat there. We, and more of my family, will return.

Outstanding village tavern. During the summer music on Main Street out in the back lot! What a great summer evening!

Always a reliable hometown option! The Cobb salad is soooo big and delicious! The turkey and beef cut to order and the service is like you're visiting a friend.

Really fantastic service, super friendly people who were very attentive, and great food. My one complaint is it was quite expensive, nearly $30 for 12 wings, which I partly understand is based on the supply shortage and inflation, etc, but it's still quite a bit higher than almost anyone else. That being said, it was a great time!

Always a pleasant experience @ GPT! The food is consistently good & the staff is polite & welcoming. Ellie, Jack, Erin & Jamie along with the other servers & bartenders, are all terrific “ambassadors” for showcasing one of Buffalo’s favorite spots!

Huge delicious Burger and great selection of draft beer. Lots of good looking plates coming out of the kitchen, will definitely be checking this place out again soon.

The atmosphere was super cozy, our waiter was great and friendly the whole evening.
Usually my mom loves this place. However, this time the fries were cold and the fish was greasy (and the fishfry cost $19.95).

We thought $14 for spinach and artichoke dip was way too much. The pita "chips" served with it was just triangles of floppy bread that had way too much garlic on them so you couldn't taste the dip.

For 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes and 4 beers the bill was around $85 (tip not included).

It was awesome to eat at the Glen Park Tavern tonight! I'm back in the area for work for a few nights and was excited to get to stop in for dinner. Service, food, atmosphere was all perfect as usual. This is an awesome place to eat at if you get the chance!

Can't get a seat. Even when told 45 min wait the 1st time. Went back 30 min later to be told the staff and kitchen is understaffed and reservations and it would be at least another 45 min. I guess you need to look at how well you treat your employees if you can't afford to staff your business appropriately. Just tell people up front your booked and to call an make reservations next time. Maybe less commercials and spend some money to get some good employees
a reason to come work for you.
