Was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Since Angelina left I stop going. Had to take my dr and was very happy with the new PA very nice very Thorough. I myself had to go back two days later and was treated as nice as the first time. Hope the PA stays on she is wonderful.

I just did a credit check i see they sent to a collection agency that I owe 243 dollars recently I haven't been to this place 5 years ago they keep adding money for no reason this place is 100 percent scammer avoid this place or they ruin your life, I'm going report them to bbb.org and more.

Yes they did the same thing to me my insurance paid a portion and the still wanted that 43 dollars and sent it to collection agency, sounds like they running a scam

After 20 years with this practice I have had enough of the double billing & then when you prove bills have been paid by Health Insurance the billing company sends you to collections for that non payment of the 2nd bill and when you explain to the PCA who runs the practice because the doctor does want to see patients here since he opened his new fancy office in Long Island you only have the pa to deal with. Utterly refuse to compromise or have any kind of empathy

I hate this place with a passion. The people writing good reviews are probably family members of the staff.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The Doctor. Sebastiano is the rudest man I have ever encountered, treats patients horribly, laughs at them over questions, and is even extremely rude to his workers. I will never ever bring my family here ever again.

I came in for a Covid test and was seen by Maria. She’s an excellent PA and treated me well and got me in and out without delay. I’m considering to change my primary care to this location because of Maria. Will definitely be recommending this facility to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

This place has gone downhill over the past 10 years. Angelina is the only compassionate person. The other doctors just want a check. The lady in the front is rude and unprofessional. BE AWARE! They love to send your bills to collections without warning you. I got a bill sent that I already paid.also, no warning. Like what?

Have a little heart and professionalism people, it’s a pandemic. You are literally ruining people’s credit when you do that. You’re already getting extra money for charging for covid tests. You’re running your place to the ground.

My fellow patients, go somewhere else.

I recommend to call in advance and make sure that they accept your insurance, otherwise you will waste a few hours of waiting in a freezing weather and be turned down unless you agree to pay out of pocket $150 for a test. They explain lack of transparency by directing people from the end of the line to the front to check what is posted on the door since their website says NOTHING about insurance providers being accepted. I learned my lesson and decided to inform people of what to expect before being disappointed. There are other places that are faster, clear, and respectful.

This place is what I call the REAL deal when it comes to get Covid-19 tested. I came here with my wife and though the line was long, it was so worth it because the PA Maria was kind and very attentive and truthfully is amazing and very knowledgeable, She got us in and out as quick and efficient as she could. Highly Recommend this place! Can’t be more satisfied! Thanks Maria once again

I arrived 10minutes after their listed opening time, a line had already amassed, while this isn’t a problem to any stretch of the imagination due to the pandemic. I have waited for an hour+, some waiting even longer, in freezing temperatures. This location is listed as urgent care and has hours for everyday of the week. That being said, after waiting an extended period of time myself and those waiting on line have received no assistance from anyone in the clinic. I’ve gone through other reviews and they have stated the same thing, the wait times are terrible (I was one of the first people there with only 4 people in front of me and yet I wasn’t able to get a COVID test).

I have visited this clinic 5 years for the excellent service, Unfortunately I will not longer be your patient, because the best doctors are gone and now the service is Terrible, also when you call to request for the refills to the pharmacy the process is never Done and when you call more than 5 times they want you to return to the office, when already they make my blood test, few weeks ago. CVS calls them to request my prescription and they don't sent it either, my prescription are for 90 days and they don't do it that way. Its a shame that they don't work like they used to. From my family we are 5 that we will not return.
Dr. Sebastiano should please attend the inconvenience of your patients and the bad service especially from Dr. Davis.

Avoid this place for COVID testing. Takes way too long and is expensive and they accept few insurances. Very rude staff who leave people out in the freezing cold even when there is space in the waiting room. They also let other people skip ahead in line.

Too expensive covid test, we did for international fly, but @ airport the didn't accept result. We lose all money for flights and tasting

As I'm scrolling through these reviews I see some negative reviews but that seems strange to me considering my family's experience here. This location is where my family gets tested for COVID and I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to considering the tense environment of the pandemic. The workers are very attentive and they are all kind when doing the exams. Even though there is a wait before you see dr the visit was good. The physician assistants are very attentive and were very pleasant to us. Thank you for good service. The PAs are young and relatable. I recommended my extended family to this place.

Place is falling apart since Dr. Angelina left. The nurse's are fantastic but the new Dr. David needs to go. This is this first time since I started with this office I'm this upset with the office. Dr Angelina needs to come back

I have been seen at this practice multiple times and I can honestly say that Angelina Mamanova PA-C is one of best physicians I have had the privilege of meeting. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away when discussing my problem and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend her you, will never feel rushed or ignored.

STAFF ARE REALLY NICE & CARING! Pretty quick service and give patients the time they need. Dr and the PAs there are on top of their patients! & are not in a rush.

Lets be honest now, bad reviews only come when they can’t get away with what they want. Is not nice to throw dirt when their just going by their policy. I couldn’t be any happier with this place. I been through so many doctors office and this office is beyond amazing ️️️️️️

The Physician's Assistant running the place is conscientious, caring and very competent. Unfortunately, her support staff rates only two stars. The women at the front desk think their job is to say "no"; the billing office (in Illinois) constantly screws up, then you bounce back and forth between the folks at the front desk and the billing office. The P. A.who covers on Sundays makes it clear she does not care. Too bad, used to be a great office when Dr. Sebastiano was actually there.
