We have been seeing Dr. Nick for two years now and are so pleased with his services. My kids adore him. His professionalism is captivating. It amazes me how my children love going to see him and get excited for shots.superb job!

Love these doctors! My kids are 9&11 and they’ve been with them since birth! Very good and helpful! Very informative and knowledgeable with their care!

Dr. Nick is fantastic. Always available and very knowledgeable. Office staff are also terrific. My granddaughter has been seen by Dr Nick since she was born 5 years ago. Our whole family loves him.

The doctors are excellent it took me a wile to finish this review because I wanted to give time to se if it changes but two receptionist are no friendly and they are rude and when you call they stuck you on hold forever and when you call back they’re rude, they are super unprofessional and without patience.

Awesome doctors, especially Dr. Nick. Not sure why so many people comment on the office staff, never encountered anyone rude or inefficient. They are very busy, so wait time is expected, but just proof of an effective practice.

Dr. Paul and Dr. Roa are the best. I recommend them to anyone who has children. I have not had a problem with the staff, hold time may be a little long but it is worth it.

We've definitely had to wait a while to be seen, but we've never had any problems with the staff at the front desk. They seem busy but they have never been rude to us or impatient. My daughter loves Dr. Nick and Dr. Paul.

I agree the receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. They never greed or say thank you. They are always on the phone ignoring people that walk in and have no patience for anything. Dr. Pau, Dr. NIck and Dr. Roa are amazing doctors however the receptionist ruin the office.

Dr. Paul is awesome as for the front desk staff when you greet them they ignore you have side conversations and dont acknowledge you until they feel like. This behavior is unacceptable and the doctors and management need to screen better before hiring unprofessional people to represent them. No one wants to bring their kids to a rude establishment.

Doctors are beyond amazing (they deserve 5 stars). Worst office staff I have ever interacted with - they made the experience there super difficult, refused to give paper work in timely manner for daycare and to see other doctors.
I have never had worst customer service.

Five star doctors, unfortunately 2 stars for the administrative staff. They are consistently rude on the phone and do not process paperwork in a timely manner. It is not pleasant or necessary to have to deal with people like that in order to see a good doctor. Luckily, we moved, so we are taking our business elsewhere. Getting records transferred has gone as expected, 20 days later, no records sent and waiting on hold.

We started going to the office in 2017 when our kids were born, I love dr Roa (He is 5 star) but the person who pickup the phone needs to take some customer service class.they are always super rude and any request (letter, doc.) take really long time to be done or fax / email.
DOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, I am sure no one with kids have time to deal with incompetent receptionists especially when she gets paid from our money.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Dr. Paul has been my son’s pediatrician since birth. He always asks us the questions we need to address in ensuring our son is hitting all milestones in a timely matter. His advice has been priceless these last 5 years. Especially as a 1st time parent with no grandparents to help out.

I want to mention that the Doctors here are amazing but the hosting stuff is very rude with people that goes there.
They don't treat you nice, they don't talk to you nice and they are very very rude, like people that you take from the street without any education. I'm sorry for the doctors because every mom loves them but i have heard from many of them that they don't want to take their kids there anymore only because of the stuff.
It makes you feel very bad when you go there to check your kid because of an emergency or a check-up and you have to see this three ladies standing in front of you with a lot of attitude and smiling and talking nice only to the people that takes them the morning coffee or treats.
The doctors there should really consider who they are working with other wise there are going to be so many more reviews like this one and people will stop going there.
I repeat it's not the doctors fault. They are amazing, every single one of them

I've been taking my 22 months old son since he was born to Dr. Paul office, I believe that he is an excellent Dr. He looks foward to see if his patients are doing ok. Dr. Paul is dedicated to his patients and parents as well. I will defenetely recomend him.

Dr. Paul and his associate are both very professional, kind and knowledgeable. My family feels very lucky to have such an excellent practice in our neighborhood.

My son pediatrician is Dr Nick. He is an amazing doctor. Since day one my 3 year old has loved him. The staff are amazing and helpful. If you have an emergency they will do anything they can to get you in. My son has asthma and allergies Dr Nick has always been there to treat him. They are 100 percent the best. Thank you for always making our visits pleasant.
