3He is one of the best around. My son was diagnosed with west syndrome afk infantile spasm back in February 2000. Went to see him in March after his ped referred us to him here in Amsterdam, NY and right away he knew what to do. Put him on ACTH for a month and it worked. Had MRI and EEGs and brain waves all back to normal. He turned out to be a normal child going through normal schooling. If we didn’t see him not sure how or what the turn out would have been. Thank you Dr Castaneda. You were a life savor and god sent.
I’ve spent years looking for a good neurologist for my oldest son. Once I found eRiver neurology and started seeing Dr. Castanada we have not left. Now 3 of my children see him regularly.
