I am writing this review because Nelson is one of the best sale representatives at Glenwood Mason Supply. Nelson always has a smile or a very pleasant expression on his face, and that caught both me and my husband’s attention every time we walk into the store looking for building materials for our first home renovation job (a very stressful time for us I must say!). Every time we came into Glenwood Mason Supply, Nelson was very helpful not only to us but to other customers (since we wanted to just have Nelson to assist us, we had to wait). Nelson is very knowledgeable about customer service (Nelson ability to adapt his sales pitch specific to our needs was impressive. I had already told my husband that if this place is anything like Home Depot where the sale reps are not knowledge and pleasant, I will walk away; but Nelson showed deep understanding of what first time homeowners needed when it came to initial home repairs.
