Captain Jack was great! The whole experience felt safe an exhilarating. My wife was able to ride along and she took some amazing pics of the Great South Bay area. We totally recommend it. Also, it's a quick introduction to one of Long Island's premier flight schools if you ever wanted to work towards a PPL.
