I've used Global Industrial for a variety of products for my business and they are consistently good.

Found exactly what I wanted on this site, which was sort of surprising since I'd never heard of them. Easy to order and great communication every step of the way. The office chair I bought arrived 2 days later. Super easy to put together and by far the most comfortable chair for the money! Very nice looking, great quality and WAY better than those unsightly ergonomic chairs. I never write reviews, but this chair surprised the heck out me and I just had to share how happy and excited I am with it! My husband paid a fortune for a special "guitar" chair, but he's trading it in for one of these! Enthusiastically recommend!

This company keeps repetitively calling me on my personal phone number even after I have told them that I do not need or want anything they are selling. Contact our company head office if you want to sell. I've asked them to remove me from their callings lists and I still receive calls almost daily.
On top of that I'm sent 3-4 promotion emails a week.

This seems like a complete scam of a company. Stop contacting me.

I made a order and it was charged 4 times and never delivered.

Received my order of a 1 hp motor for a bandsaw. Installed and tested OK. Used 1/2 a dozen times then had back surgery. 3 months later I started using the bandsaw then after my second 3.5 inch resawed cut the breaker tripped and the motor would not work. I contacted Global Industrial and explained the problem. The person on the phone asked me to hold on the line while she contacted the manufacture. When she can back to the phone she said a new motor will be sent to me, but it was backordered for 4 months and there was nothing for me to due except wait. Four months later the replacement motor was delivered to my door. Installed it yesterday and tested OK. Looking forward to using the bandsaw and had great customer service with Global Industrial. Thank You!
