The rose was no good it wasn’t fresh i called 2 days before valentine day to see if they had fresh rose and they say fresh rose is coming in on the 13th so i get there on the 13th for 10am i asked for the fresh roses and they gave me roses that wasn’t fresh when i get home i was holding the stem of the rose and all the petals fall out which is ridiculous because because i lose money i had to to go a different location to get fresh roses.when i buy the roses from you guys u told me to go put in water when i get home and i did and i took a picture of it when it was in water and i never called you guys later on that day because when i opened the roses it was already 5 pm and that’s the time you guys closed and so i never called so you guys are lying has u see it was in water and the fan was just there because to keep them cool… i would love to see my me contact you guys later on that evening l if u would send me the calling log i would appreciate it and i’m not taking the blame for this because i spent a lot of money and lose a lot of order that day because of you guys and also i would love to see a recipe of you getting fresh roses that morning.maybe you guys are getting mixup with your customer but i’m letting you know i put my roses in water and because my customers is important to me not like you guys talking lying on your customers until i see proof of me calling your business i’m not letting this go this is not right.

Hello, I’m love with your store! The reviews are amazing and I know there’s people who will always try to make you guys look bad. But the what makes you matter is work amazing and hard work making custom flowers and selling for we all. I would like to know the prices before mothers days.

This place is a hidden gem - literally. I was skeptical to come here because of the one review from 2 years ago but let me tell you, I’ve never been more happy that I made the decision to reach out.

I spoke with the owners wife who is honestly not only the sweetest, but very prompt with her replies via Google. This is huge for me, especially being Mother’s Day weekend. Even though Google was telling me that they usually reply within 15 minutes, I didn’t believe it but it was actually true. I was getting back to back responses, which made me feel pretty special and appreciated.

The owners wife was able to accommodate my last minute request for a large order of flowers - 75 roses and 8 baby’s breath stems - even though they had most already sold. She pulled a miracle for me with her husband by asking him to put aside some roses for me, and I’m beyond gracious that I even reached out to her.

When I arrived the next morning, it was almost 10 am. I luckily found metered parking on the same block the store is located on. When I walked up, the man who I spoke with (who I’m assuming was the husband), already knew what I was here for when I mentioned I spoke to someone online about my order. For being as busy as I’m sure they are, it was amazing that my exact order was remembered without me saying it.

The only thing I would have to say is that I wish they took card, since I rarely walk around with a lot of cash. It wasn’t really a biggie though since there was a Chase bank a quick two blocks away.

The rest of the transaction process was pretty seamless. They even recommended me to a flower shop that sells flowers for planting since this place only sells fresh cut ones.

The roses themself as well? AND for the price? You CANNOT beat. You would’ve thought I paid 10x as much for the quality that they are!

I wish this place the best of luck and I can’t wait to find a reason to return.
