After agreeing on $300.00 as a set price for deep cleaning for 2 bedroom co-op they then said it was $30 a hour extra after 4 hours. Also they sent a person who was cleaning my bathroom with tissue paper! They never cleaned under the beds or sofa. They are the worse I ever had clean for me

I ordered the deep cleaning service and it was amazing! They clean and wash, not simply wipe. The house smells and looks squeaky clean. If your home needs a bath- this is it!

I was recently a first time customer. The maid was scheduled to arrive at 12pm, then asked to arrive at 1030am, then moved the arrival to 11am and then showed up at 1145am. The cleaning was good and the maid accidentally broke my lamp. The timing and broken lamp are actually fine with me.
Accidents happen and NYC traffic is unpredictable. However, when I asked the manager, Tina, if she would like to make any adjustment to the $165 fee, considering the above inconveniences, she said, "no. " Unfortunately, this is the difference between me now being a 1 time customer instead of a returning customer that would've been happy to help with referrals. It's not about the money, it's ALL about the customer service and general business practices.

We were very happy with Theresa's and Ashanti's work at my elderly uncle's apartment. He has dementia, has paranoia and has been steadily losing his ability to keep his apartment clean, especially with having two very arthritic knees.

Theresa and Ashanti, who I highly recommend, walked into a real challenge but everything they touched from the bathroom, inside the refrigerator and the general kitchen space - they left with a marked improvement. They were both very sweet to my uncle, letting him show them photos of his family.

The accounting/admin side of Gloria Cleaning could use some work. They repeatedly called throughout the day, on a bad connection that often dropped, to inquire about payment which I made via Zelle.

My understanding is that in the past, Gloria Cleaning has sometimes not been promptly paid. Perhaps going forward, a deposit should be required as a good faith gesture?

The calls were stressful as we were trying to keep my uncle calm, as his dementia can make him paranoid and even though he liked the end results of the cleaning, he still has a difficult time with strangers in his home.

If not for the phone calls/payment concerns, I would happily give 5 stars.

Tina and the team here are such a pleasure to work with. I needed a deep clean on my mothers 2 bedroom apartment that was in bad shape. The whole process is professional and the price is fair. I was able to trust the cleaning staff alone in the apartment with my dog and they left me with no issues when they were done. They will now be routinely cleaning the space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I booked Gloria Cleaning for a project that required a deep and thorough cleaning. Gloria Cleaning came to the rescue and completed the job so well. Prior to this, the space was a mess. They truly went above and beyond and are very skillful with organization and cleaning. They offer reasonable pricing for the cleaning services that they provide.

I had a very last minute apartment clean-out because I was moving and ran out of time to clean myself. Gloria quickly accommodated me and the next day I had two very nice, hardworking ladies who did a great job cleaning the place. They brought most of their own supplies and I already had the couple of items they asked me to supply (paper towels, garbage bags). One lady didn’t speak English, but she did speak French. Fortunately I know a little French so it was fine, but if it had been another language it would have been a bit difficult. Regardless, I was very pleased with the job they did and I highly recommend Gloria’s Cleaning!

I just moved into a new place and I wasn’t aware that my landlords didn’t have the place cleaned at all for us. The walls were sticky from constantly being painted over for over 50+ years and was dripping yellow stuff from the tenants smoking. The kitchen and the bathroom were the worse and I just couldn’t do it all so I called Gloria’s Cleaning.
The ladies on the phone were both very nice and thorough with helping me, especially the first young lady, May I believe was her name. So we set a time for 10 AM on Wednesday for a deep clean - I will admit it started off to a rocky start, is the time kept getting push back to 2 then to 2: 30-3: 00 so that was a little frustrating especially because I took the day off for this and I thought it’d be over by 12. A little after three the ladies finally came in I must say, I was very satisfied with their work! They sister duo really got in there and cleaned the place up, and they did it with over 30+ minutes left to spare! Now my place is finally starting to feel like a home, i’ll definitely use them for my next move.
