Can’t recommend this business enough! I got my eyelashes done at the Elmhurst location! Nancy, my technician, did an incredible job on my lashes and was so sweet. It is a beautiful and clean space. I was lucky enough to meet the owner as well. Karina is so nice and welcoming, she is truly a breath of fresh air! I can’t wait for my next appointment and to try their other services! I was eager to support a local, latina-owned business, so I booked a facial at this location. The location was small but clean, however, much too warm. I was slightly put off while waiting that the owner (which I know is the owner based off the photos online) didn't even greet me as a customer especially as this was my first time at the location. When it was time, the young lady who was my aesthetician did not ask me any questions about my current skincare, if this was my first time nor did she provide any information on the products she was using during the course of the facial. She was, however, very gentle in the application of the products. I became quite uncomfortable as my back was getting sore as they did not supply a pillow/towel for underneath my legs, as in other places I have frequented. At the end of the facial, the lady asked if I needed a wet towel to wipe my face, which I found odd. When I left, I noticed I still had a lot of dried up patches on my face as a result of the products. I have never left a facial appointment with anything less than a dewy/soft result. During the facial, regardless of the terrycloth headband, some product seeped through into my hair which I didn't think anything of, until later that afternoon when I found dried up clunks of product stuck in my scalp and hair.

In addition, I know this business heavily promotes their eyelash services, therefore, I have reservations about it promoting facial services when there's shared space with eyelash services that may not promote a relaxing environment.

Great place! Definitely recommend Karina for all your beauty needs. The lymphatic drainage massage was a 10/10. And my lashes always look amazing after leaving.

This place is the only place I would ever want to come and get treatment for my skin. I went too many dermatologist, facial Spa but they never gave me the best results until I came to Glow By K. She is such an amazing and wonderful person I have ever met. I would recommend people to go Glow by K and she will take care of y’all with love and care. She is very professional and knows what to do or not. Overall, I love her work and I trust her whatever she do with my skin because she is very nice.

I honestly love this place so much! Everyone is super accommodating, super clean, and give you amazing results. I came here for a volume lash set and brow lamination with tint, and I am OBSESSED. Truly a great place!

These ladies are amazing Elizabeth been doing my hybrid lash set and I'm in love with my lashes. Best Lash set I've ever had and I've been going for a Couple months now. Everything very clean and there always so nice and can accommodate to my schedule!

I loved this place! I came in to get a removal and full set. My technician Elizabeth did an amazing job on my lashes! I asked specifically for a wispy set of 9/11mm mixed with a bit of 13mm and that’s exactly what she delivered. The whole process took about 2 hours and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I decided to choose @glowbyKNYC to put on individual eyelashes for the first time. Elizabeth explained the process to me and even used an anti-allergic glue, since I told her that sometimes I have allergies with eyelash glue.
I was very happy with the result and returned to my touch-up, now I'm letting my eyelashes rest and I'm doing an eyelash lift.which I also really liked. The place is cozy and private and very clean.

Set up a lash appointment and they were flexible with my schedule. I saw a lash tech by the name of Elizabeth and she did a great job. The location is nicely decorated. They open as early as 9 am.
