Sherese is an absolute sweetheart! Her office space is warm and welcoming and she carries herself in a professional yet inviting and educating manner. She makes it more than just the service - I signed up for a random facial, and just by assessing my skin she was able to tell what my actual needs were and treat me accordingly.

If I could give this rude a$$ lady 0 star i would I called said running late to my 12: 45 appointment 10to 15 minutes there was an accident on the southern state. I got the she said 5 min late from the time I told her I said okay no problem if you want me to reschedule I will even though I’m standing in front of her she said no let’s go I go lay in the bed she has a attitude the whole time. Now why would I want someone doing laser on my face with a nasty attitude so I said hey every thing okay because you have an attitude no I don’t. She reply I said yes you do you hand me the glasses nasty your mixing the stuff for my face nasty I said listen I understand if your upset I’m not she started to bring up a time from 2018 that I made appointment and didn’t show the lady needs to retire. She nasty rude and act as if I’m getting the service for free NEVER AGAIN. YOUR NASTY Person INSIDE and out good bye

Glow was my first experience with laser hair removal and let me tell you! Sherese is professional, personable, knowledgeable and just overall amazing! She knows what she’s doing and better than that, she loves what she’s doing. Sherese makes me feel comfortable, sings and laughs with me through the laser pinches (if you know you know), and I honestly can’t imagine my laser experience being better than this.
