They also communicate well with my GC regarding residual painting that needs to be done. They always clean up after themselves leaving job site clean and neat. They pay attention to details.

It's always a good experience working with GMG. They're on time, good communication, and make sure my issues are resolved quickly. I use for both AC and Heat and highly recommend. Joe in particular is always great and clearly explains what's needed.

Technician arrived on time, knew exactly what to do. Changed the starting capacitor. Arrived and left in 45 minutes.

Only negative was that the charge for this service was $390 to replace a $25 part. I guess I payed for his experience.

The tech (Andrew) was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts were ordered and repair done efficiently.
