GNC, Queens NY

It was my first time there. The place is super clean. I was greeted with no pressure. I asked for what I wanted and was shown the different brands in that category and she took the time out to explain why they are different. Check this place out.

The guy working seemed to not want to be there and should probably just quit. He was very unhappy and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. Horrible.

Great service they need some more gnc amp myopower bcaa tangy orange other then that everything was perfect!

Courteous and helpful staff willing to answer questions. Had in stock item I set out to buy. Will definitely visit again!

The sign and website says this store closes at 6: 30pm and I got there at 5: 45pm, and the store manager would not let me in. When I knocked on the door, he shot me a dirty look and ignored me. I will never go back to this location. They missed out on a customer who would've spent more than $60 a month.

Absolutely horrible. Don't even bother with the time online because they come and go as they please.

Why have a phone number if it is not in-service.straight busy tone over n over.but the staff some of them are great.

I'm sitting right outside of the store as I write this review. This is the third time in a row I have come to this location and there is a handwritten sign at the door that reads "back in 30 min". This is not only inconvenient but highly unprofessional for any business that has their hours of operations for everyone to see online. Never coming here again.

The staff inside the shop not know how to behave with customers. If you ask a question 2nd time the sales girl in morning will start yelling upon you with no reason.

Andy sales person was on his personal cell phone the entire time I was in the store. Every question I asked about a product he redirected me only to LIT. He was rude, condescending and acted as if he could not be bothered and I was of course interrupting his personal conversation. GNC. DO BETTER. Have some kind of customer service training. There is Bonner’s for anyone to be a rude know of all who doesn’t have time for their guest. On top of it all the sign had a buy one get one 50%. When I asked hi. Why it wasn’t ringing he quickly removed the signs and said nope it’s a mistake can’t honor it. TERRIBLE.if I could give 1/2 a star I would.

Terrific customer service! The employee Andy honored all the the tags and discounts in the store! The customer prior to me was very rude and was harassing the employee the entire time! While the employee was calling his boss to see if he can offer a discount (because one of the products was in the wrong place under the wrong tag), she continued to harass him for being on his phone. He got me on a stack of great products including wheybolic protein, probiotics w enzymes for digestion, and also 2 Slimvance bottles to help me with my weight loss. This was an employee that would give the shirt off his back to make the customers happy! 10/10! Will be here soon again!

I went to this store today and the store was locked and there was a sign on the door that read “be back in 30 minutes”. The sign did not say what time the person left. This is nyc not a small town. I had to go to another location to get what I was looking for. I will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional.

The store manager made me feel like i stole the product and returned it. I felt like she was insituating that i had a stolen product. I expressed i went other locations and i never felt like a suspect. That will be my last visit to that location
