My favorite GNC! Neela is always so helpful, kind, and provides exceptional client service!

I always buy stuff in this store despite that every time I enter it, theres always a different attendant. But this one today around 11am was so rude and with lack of attention that I said "thank you" and left. She didnt even bother to stop ripping cardboards to go 2 ft from were she was standing to go to the computer and check my data. She wanted "ME" to tell her what I bought last time, what type of product and what or how it looks like. All of this without me saying no more than a few words. Owner should understand that the less a customer purchase in his store is about $40.00. If I'm not wrong, we enter GNC looking for Wellness, but a smile and look professional attention to solve our health or lack of health issues or improve ourselves. Owner should hold huddles with his employees.

Having been to gnc's worldwide I just had the best experience at this particular store.
Alfrine and Anthony were absolutely amazing and super helpful with fixing a mistake made by an assistant at a different store. She took the time to patiently speak with customer care to rectify everything for me.

She is also very knowledgeable patient and friendly so is Anthony.

She helped me pick products suitable for me even though it was time for them to close the store.

I bought the same creatine I buy every time. When I got home, I saw that the aluminum paper had a little hole, following with no scoop, and after that I noticed that when mixing with water it had a weird white color, usually that creatine is clear, and has a sour smell taste. After tasting it, I can 100% say the inner content was exchanged with salt. I am shocked by how this can happen. I contacted the customer service and they said I can return it and have a refund. I don't understand how this is a "whatever situation" for them.
