Despite the medical recommendations to exclude rice and eggs the organization continues to deliver same type of meals even though that harms a patient with a certain medical condition. You can substitute it for better grains like oatmeal, buckwheat, barley. Some packaged meals like for example Colavita beans taste better than those that are cooked and then frozen for the clients. The organization complains about the costs and when told that you're wasting money by buying wrong grains and telling clients that if that's not good to just throw that out - this is how the organization wastes the donations that it receives apparently. Including in diets fresh fruit and vegetables or fresh salads, would help to improve the health of anyone but that isn't delivered for some reason.

I had the best experience volunteering at God’s Love We Deliver and have invited a few friends to join me since! The staff are always friendly and the processes are well managed. It’s a great way to spend a few hours surrounded by fun people and great music while contributing to a good cause.

This may be my last year, after a 6 year run. Changing the area without notice and the fact that I am alone, I will likely no longer be a driver. Maybe on-site volunteer, from now on.

Wonderful experience between the delivery and the food of course. God Is love made my Thanksgiving day made my day.

Thank you for all the people loving those who need it most, often anonymously behind the scenes. I literally was given a healthier life with the service of Gods Love We Deliver.

This organization is at the top of the totem pole with million dollar donations received from the likes of David Geffen and Michael Kors. Beautiful kitchen with a stereo system and everything is up to code. They put together nice meals however everything is frozen including the desserts. I did walking deliveries for over a decade and my biggest pet peeve was the clients actually screaming and starting fights at the door because of the extent of their illness. This actually happened quite a few times.

There food is good and the people are nice i used to belong but moved trying to restart not far from previous’ for someone to call back

I have been receiving the meals for about 2 months. The meals are delicious and nutritious. Thank you to everyone at God’s Love We Deliver. You truly live up to your name. I had a medical emergency, on the day of my delivery, I called the organization to let them know, I would not be home. When I got home, there was the van in front of my apartment building, I was so happy. I usually get my meals before12noon, but it was 2pm. I thought I had missed the delivery. Thank You.

Best place to volunteer when you have free time and a great way to meet good and loving people good chefs and staff so if you ever have time come on down we'd love to see you there

Excellent Customer service. Very helpful, patient, polite. Food is tasty. Very nice, polite, patient delivery drivers.

They deliver home cooked meals to the people who are unable to shop. God’s Love We Deliver cooks special meals for people with dietary restriction’s.
