RUDE! Tried multiple times to help provide my insurance information so the doctor would get paid. And just because some woman in the Gold Coast office was on hold with the insurance company for two hours she took it out on me. I tried many times to help process the payment. She was rude on the phone! I will find another dentist!

Hands down Best dentist I have ever gone to! Dr. Neren pays attention to detail, does only what is necessary, and truly cares about your teeth! He is patient and thorough and answers all your questions. I was in New York for a short time and desperately needed a cleaning and new retainer, Dr. Neren took me right away, very short wait time at his office, and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth (and they definitely were overdue for a cleaning so it was a deep cleaning he did) and he also got me a brand new retainer in no time by referring me to a fantastic orthodontist! Trust me I have been to lots of dentist and he is BY FAR the best! Go to Gold Coast Family Dental in Port Washington you won’t regret it!

Where do I even begin with Dr. Neren! He truly treats each patient with such care. He communicates with you through every step of the procedure in his gentle and caring way! He will go at great lengths to make sure each of his patients are in comfortable and not in pain. I can not recommend Dr. Neren enough!

Gentle, gentle dentistry done with such skill in a relaxed, beautiful atmosphere. Dr. Neren is a gem! You can see how he enjoys dentistry from his manner; he is so friendly and professional. His administering of novocaine was absolutely seamless and more importantly, painless! His associate, Dr. Farrokh, an endodontist, has the same professional air and adeptness. I can say that now because I had a difficult root canal procedure yesterday in their office and I am happily pain free a day later. No tylenol necessary! Fran, the hygienist, is amazing too. I walk out with sparkling teeth when I see her and she actually makes it a fun experience. This is a great group practice. I'm truly glad I found them!

I went to this practice yesterday because my family’s favorite dental hygienist, Voula works there. From the moment I called to make an appointment I knew this was the place for me. The receptionist Mahailey was super sweet and helpful. The place is beautiful with a gorgeous indoor courtyard and a koi fish pond. Skylights, state of the art equipment. They follow all covid protocols. Of course Voula was amazing as always. Doctor Neren was wonderful! I left my old practice because I found out the were doing unnecessary treatments just to charge my insurance company. Constantly telling me I had cavities when I didn’t, and suggesting treatments I did not need just to get more money from me. So of course I have trust issues with dentist now. I’m so glad I found a great and trustworthy dentist in my town.
